Ինչպես ազատվել թևատակերի ճարպից

1 Գնդակի սեղմում

Գնդակը պետք է սեղմել երեք դիրքերով: Սկզբում վերցրեք գնդակը և ձեռքերը վերև բարձրացրեք, աշխատեք սեղմել գնդակը ձեռքի ափերով, որքան հնարավոր է ուժեղ: Մեջքը պետք է անպայման ուղիղ լինի, իսկ ուսերը ներքև: Այս դիրքով պետք է կանգնել 30 վայրկյան:

Իջեցրեք ձեռքերը՝ հատակին զուգահեռ և, ափերով սեղմելով գնդակը, կանգնեք այդ դիրքով 30 վայրկյան: Հետո ներքև իջեցրեք ձեռքերը և կրկնեք վարժությունը:

2 Սրբիչի ձգում

  

Վերցրեք սրբիչը և ձգեք ձեռքերը հատակին զուգահեռ: Աշխատեք ձգել սրբիչը որքան հնարավոր է ուժեղ: Այդ դիրքով մնացեք 30 վայրկյան, հետո մի փոքր ընդմիջեք և կրկնեք չորս անգամ:

3 Սրբիչի ձգում՝ գլխի վերևում

Բռնեք սրբիչը երկու հակառակ կողմերից և ձեռքերը վերև բարձրացրեք: Աշխատեք ձգել սրբիչը որքան հնարավոր է ուժեղ: Այդ դիրքով մնացեք 30 վայրկյան, հետո մի փոքր ընդմիջեք և կրկնեք չորս անգամ:

4 Ձող

Վարժությունը պետք է սկսել ծալած արմունկների վրա պառկած: Մեջքը ուղիղ պահեք, իսկ հետույքը որքան հնարավոր է բարձրացրեք: Այս դիրքով պետք է մնալ 60 վայրկյան: Հետո մի փոքր ընդմիջեք և կրկնեք չորս անգամ:
