«Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի նախագահությամբ երեկ հերթական անգամ հետաձգվեց Երրորդմասցի Լյովիկի և նրա երկու ընկերների սպանության գործով դատական նիստը։

Գործով ամբաստանյալների պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը դատարանին հայտնեց, որ մամուլում հրապարակումներ են եղել այն մասին, որ Հրաչյա Ֆալանջյանը սպանվել է ավազակային հարձակման ժամանակ։ Նա նշեց, որ ամենայն հավանականությամբ, խոսքն այս գործով վկայի մասին է, քանի որ անունը, ազգանունն ու հայրանունը համընկնում են։ Դատավորը հաստատեց, որ վկաներից Ֆալանջյանը մահացել է: Վերջինս, ոչ ավելի, ոչ պակաս, օրեր առաջ մայրաքաղաքում իր իսկ    կատարած ավազակային հարձակման ժամանակ է սպանվել։ Մասնավորապես այս գործով վկա, նախկին ոստիկան Հրաչյա Ֆալանջյանը նույն անձն է, որը մայիսի 13-ին Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի Դոդոխյան վաղոցի 24-րդ տան վրա մեկ այլ անձի հետ ավազակային հարձակում էին կատարել, ատրճանակի ու դանակի սպառնալիքներով հարձակվել էին այդ պահին տանը գտնվող 5 անձանց վրա և վարձել գումար հափշտակել։ Սակայն տան բնակիչները դիմադրություն էին ցույց տվել և վնասազերծել տուն մուտք գործած անձանց, որոնցից մեկը Ֆալանջյանը, ոստիկանության աշխատակից էր։ Նա մայիսի 3-ին ազատվել էր աշխատանքից և գտնվում էր կադրերի ռեզերվում։

Այս դեպքով ավազակային հարձակում կատարած մյուս անձը, ինչպես նաև ընտանիքի անդամներից 3-ը դեպքից հետո ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են հիվանդանոց։ Մեր տեղեկություններով, Հրաչյա Ֆալանջյանը տեսագրություններ է դիտել, որոնցով հնարավոր չի եղել նույնացնել պատկերված անձանց (այսինքն Գաստիկին, Ծգըլին և Տլեին), բայց ինքը հայտնել է, որ ճանաչում է նրանց։ Ուստի, նա սույն սպանության գործով ներգրավվել է որպես վկա։ Նախաքննության ընթացքում նրա տված ցուցմունքն ըստ ամենայնի կհրապարակվի այն դեպքում, երբ դատարանը ստանա նրա մահվան վկայականը։ Ինչ վերաբերում է արդեն մի քանի դատական նիստերի չներկայացած վկաներին, ապա մեղադրող դատախազները պնդեցին իրենց նախկին միջնորդությունը վկաներին բերման ենթարկելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն պաշտպանական կողմը պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը, առարկեց միջնորդության դեմ նշելով, որ անընդունելի է այս վալում նրանց բերման ենթարկել։ «Ինձ համար շատ ցավալի կլինի, որ վկաները, անկախ նրանից, թե ինչ վկայություն են տալիս, գտնվում են Դարաբաղում, որ բերման ենթարկելու որոշում կայացվի».– ասաց նա։ Լուսինե Սահակյանը կարծիք հայտնեց, որ կարելի է ծանուցել այլ վկաների և միայն վկաների հարցաքննության ավարտին բերման որոշում կայացնել այն վկաների նկատմամբ, ովքեր ծանուցվում են. բայց չեններկայանում»,–գրում է թերթը։
