Շատերին դուր է գալիս «անսահմանափակ սպառման» գաղափարը, որը թույլ է տալիս ուտել որքան ասես, թեկուզ եւ`որոշակի մթերքներ…

Այս սննդակարգը նախատեսված է 20 օրվա համար եւ կառուցված է սպիտակուցային եւ բուսական սննդի առանձնացման եւ հերթագայության վրա: Միաժամանակ սննդակարգը խստորեն սահմանափակում է ճարպերի օգտագործումը, հատկապես` բուսական օրերին: Ածխաջրերի քանակությունը եւս նվազագույնի է հասցվել: Սննդակարգի հիմնական առավելությունն այն է, որ սննդի քանակությունը չի սահմանափակվում: Չնայած ամեն ինչ չափի մեջ պիտի լինի:

Սննդակարգը թույլ է տալիս քսան օրում ազատվել 5-8 կգ-ից` միաժամանակ բարելավելով մաշկի եւ մազերի վիճակը: Սննդակարգի ընթացքում արգելվում են ճարպոտ, քաղցր, խմորային մթերքները` կարագը, մայոնեզը, շոկոլադը, թխվածքները, յուղոտ պանիրները, թթվասերը, սերուցքը եւ այլն: Թույլատրվում է աշորայի հաց, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան օրական երկու կտոր:

Սննդակարգի առաջին երկու օրը բեռնաթափման մածնային են: Մածունը նպաստում է ոչ միայն քաշի նվազմանը, այլեւ օրգանիզմի մաքրմանը, աղեստամոքսային տրակտի աշխատանքի բարելավմանը:

Հաջորդ 18 օրը տեղի է ունենում բուսական եւ սպիտակուցային սննդի հերթագայում: Սպիտակուցային օրը թույլատրվում է օգտագործել միայն կենդանական ծագմամբ մթերքներ` միս, կաթ, ձու, ձուկ եւ այլն: Բուսական ոչինչ չպիտի լինի:

Հաջորդ օրն օգտագործվում է բացառապես բուսական ծագում ունեցող սնունդ: Պետք է նախապատվությունը տալ բանջարեղենին եւ մրգերին: Ձավարեղեն կարելի է, բայց սահմանափակ քանակությամբ եւ առանց ճարպոտ սոուսների:

Այս սննդակարգի հիմքում ընկած են սպիտակուցաբուսական սննդակարգերի սկզբունքները, բայց ստիպված եք օրական ճաշացանկը կազմել մեկ խմբի մթերքներից: Նման հերթագայությունն արդյոք վճռորոշ ազդեցություն ունի ճարպային փոխանակության վրա:

Ըստ երեւույթին` ոչ: Սակայն շատերին դուր է գալիս «անսահմանափակ սպառման» գաղափարը, որը թույլ է տալիս ուտել որքան ասես, թեկուզ եւ` որոշակի մթերքներ: Իսկ անհասանելի մթերքների նկատմամբ կարոտ չի առաջանում, չէ որ դրանք հնարավոր կլինի ուտել վաղը: Իհարկե, եթե դա մայոնեզ կամ շոկոլադ չէ:
