Աշոտ Եսայանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Խոսքը Քաղցրաշենի ինքնահոս ոռոգման համակարգ կառուցելու մասին է: Անունը հնչեղ է, բայց իրականում ծրագիրը այդքան էլ լավը չէ: Մի քանի պատճառ նշեմ, թե ինչի չի կարելի այն իրագործել:

1. Ծրագրով նախատեսված է Գառնի գյուղի մոտից վերցնել 980 լ/վ ջուր, ինչը ջրամբարից մոտ 10 կիլոմետր դեպի վերև է ընկնում: Եթե գետից վերցվի այդ 980լ/վ ջուրը, ապա ջրամբարից վերև` 10կմ հունը կչորանա, նեխումներ կառաջանան, բնապահպանական համապատասխան թողքը չի ապահովվի, գետում առկա` կարմիր գրքում գրանցված ձկնատեսակներ կոչնչանան: Մի խոսքով էկոլոգիական աղետ:

2. Ջրամբարը, որտեղ թափվում է ազատ գետը և որից սնուցվում է Արարատյան դաշտավայրի գրեթե 50% համայնքների ոռոգման համակարգերը ՛իզորու՛ չի լինի ապահովել այդ ոռոգվող հողատարածքների ամբողջ ոռոգման սեզոնի պահանջվելիք ջրի քանակը, ըստ այդմ էլ կրկին կշատանան անմշակ հողատարածքները: Պարադոքսալ մոտեցում է` չորացնել ոմանց հողատարածքները, որպեսզի ոռոգվի մյուսներինը:

3. 1970-ականներին Գառնի գյուղին պատկանող աղբյուրենրի ջուրը ուղղվեց դեպի Երևան: Նախքան դա Գառնիի բնակիչները իրենց հողատարածքների ոռոգում էին այդ խմելու ջրով, սակայն ծրագրի իրագործողները` կոմունիստ ղեկավարները, Երևանը ՛1 միլիոնանոց քաղաք՛ դարձնելու համար(1միլիոն բնակչություն էր անհրաժեշտ, որպեսզի Մոսկվան մետրոպոլիտեն կառուցելու համար ՛դաբռո՛ տար) ունեին ջրի խնդիր, այդ իսկ պատճառով տանելով այդ խմելու ջուրը, Ազատ գետից 1000 լ/վ այն ժամանակ ջուր տվեցին, որպեսզի Գանեցին ոռոգի իր հողատարածքները: Գառնեցիները հասկանալով, որ այդ խմելու ջուրը ուղղվում է դեպի բնակչությանը և որ ամենակարևորն է միևնույնն է ոռոգման խնդիրը Ազատ գետի միջոցով էլ կլուծվի, չմբոստացավ, ՛մալադեց՛: Հետագայում, արդեն իսկ մեր օրերում, ոռոգման սեզոնի պիկի ժամանակ այդ 1000լ/վ դարձել է 200-300լ/վ, ինչևէ փաստացի այսօր Գառնիի բնակիչների մեծ մասը իրենց հողատարածքները ոռոգում են հենց Ազատ գետի ջրով և ի՞նչ եք կարծում, Քաղցրաշենի ծրագրով նախատեսված 980 լ/վ ջուրը տանելուց հետո, երբ գառնեցին կկանգնի ոռոգման ջրի բացակայության խնդրի առաջ, ի՞նչ ջրով պետք է ոռոգի իր հողատարածքները: Այո այո, այդ նույն խմելու ջրով, որը գնում է Երևան: Գյուղացին ամեն ինչի ընդունակ է` սեփական քրտինքով, տարիների ընթացքում չարչարանքների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված այգիները չորացումից փրկելու համար, անգամ կկոտրեն այն խողովակները, որոնցով ջուր է գնում Երևան: Ստացվում է ՛ունքը հանելու փոխարեն աչքն էլ հետն է դուրս գալու՛ Քաղցրաշենի ծրագրով, դրանից կտուժի նաև երևանցին:

Հ.Գ. Ընդհանրապես կապ էլ չունի, թե ում շահերից է բխում Քաղցրաշենի այդ ՛պռոեկտը՛, եթե մի նշույլ անգամ հայրենասիրություն է մնացել մարդկանց մեջ, ապա պետք է դադարեցնեն Ազատ գետից ջրառի համար իրականացվելիք աշխատանքները, հակառակ դեպքում նորից գառնեցիները կըմբոստանան, նորից դժգոհությունների ալիք կբարձրանա և այսպես շարունակ, մինչև գործը կհասնի ՛դիվանբաշուն՛:
