Ճարպակալումը այսօր հանդիսանում է ամենալուրջ հիվանդություներից մեկը, որով տառապում են շատ մարդիկ: healthyfoodhouse.com-ը ներկայացրել է մի կնոջ պատմություն, որը կշռում էր 150 կգ և բնականաբար տառապում էր ճարպակալմաբ:

Ճարպակալման հետևանքով նրա կյանքին վտանգ էր սպառնում, քանի որ նրա մոտ առաջացել էին նաև այլ առողջակն խնդիրներ: 

Առաջնորդվելով ներքոներիկայացված դիետայով նա կարողացել է կարճ ժամանակահատվածում նիհարել 89 կգ: Իսկ այդ ամենին հնարավոր է եղել հասնել միայն առողջ ու համակարգված սննդակարգի շնորիհիվ:

Ինչպես նշում է հերոսուհին, նա սկսել է սնվել բացառապես առողջ սննդով ու շաբաթական 3 անգամ կատարել է «կարդիո-մարզումներ»: Նա լիովին հրաժարվել է շաքարով ու ածխաջրերով հարուստ սննդից և կես տարվա ընթացքում կարողացել է ազատվել 89 կգ-ից:

Նա ամեն օր սնվել է հետևյալ սննդակարգի համաձայն.

• նախաճաշը ավարտել է կանաչ խյուսով(սեզոնային բանջարեղենից ու մի փոքր քանակությամբ ջրով պատրաստված)

• 1 կտոր տարեկանի հաց
• թարմ կանաչ բանջարեղեն (բրոկկոլի, կաղամբ, վարունգ, հազարի տերևներ և այլն)
• խորոված ձուկ կամ հավի բիֆշտեքս

Ընթացքում
• անյուղ յոգուրտ կամ մրգեր

Ընթրիք
• սպագետի կամ մակարոն անյուղ պանրով ու տոմատի սոուսով
• թարմ կանաչ բանջարեղեն

Կես տարի հետո, այս կինը կարողացել է հասնել իր նպատակին ու անգամ «ճարպակալման կենտրոնի » կողմից արժանանալ «տարվա կին» կոչմանը:
