Հայաստանի ու Արցախի 112 թանգարան իրենց դռներն անվճար սկզբունքով կբացեն այցելուների առաջ

 Թանգարանների գիշերը և Թանգարանների միջազգային օրը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից և Արցախի Հանրապետությունից 112 թանգարաններ կներկայանան բազմաթիվ և բազմապիսի միջոցառումներով:

Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց  Մշակույթի նախարարության  մշակութային ժառանգության և ժողովրդական արհեստների վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Գոհար Սաիյանը:

«Թանգարանները  բավական ակտիվ են: Եթե 2005 թվականին մեր երկիրն այս միջազգային մշակութային միջոցառմանը միացել է ընդամենը 9 թանգարանով, ապա  այսօր արդեն խոսում ենք 112 թանգարանի մասին»,-ասաց Գոհար Սաիյանը:

Մայիսի 18-ը` թանգարանների միջազգային օրը, նշվում է 1977 թվականից  ԻԿՕՄ-ի` Թանգարանների միջազգային խորհրդի նախաձեռնությամբ: Թանգարանների միջազգային օրվա նպատակն է բարձրացնել  թանգարանների դերը հասարակության սոցիալ-մշակութային կյանքում, ինչպես նաև հանրահռչակել թանգարանային մշակութային արժեքներ: 2005 թվականից սկսած թանգարանների միջազգային օրվա շրջանակում անցկացվում է Թանգարանների գիշեր միջոցառումը: Այդ օրերին անցկացվող միջոցառումներն ամեն տարի համախմբում են 30 հազարից ավելի թանգարանների՝ աշխարհի շատ երկրներից: Գոհար Սաիյանը նշեց , որ ամեն տարի, որպես կանոն, ընտրվում է յուրօրինակ խորագիր, և թանգարաններին հնարավորություն է ընձեռվում ներկայացնել  իրենց գործունեության բազմազանությունը: Այս տարվա խորագիրն է «Թանգարանները և մշակութային լանդշաֆտները»:

«Այդ օրերին թանգարաններն անվճար ընդունում են այցելուներին: Մայիսի 18-ին` թանգարանների միջազգային օրը, թանգարաններն անվճար սկզբունքով այցելուներին ընդունում են ժամը 10:00-18.00-ն, իսկ մայիսի 21-ին` Թանգարանների գիշերը՝ 18.00-24.00-ն»,-ասաց Գոհար Սաիյանը:

ԻԿՕՄ-ի Հայաստան ազգային կոմիտեի նախագահ Մարինե Հարոյանի խոսքով, «Թանգարանները և մշակութային լանդշաֆտները» խորագրի ընտրությունը պատահական չի արվել:

«Տարիների ընթացքում թանգարանների զարգացման վեկտորը փոխվել է, եթե 30 տարի առաջ խնդիր էր հավաքածուների հասանելի լինելը  և թանգարանները՝ որպես կրթական միջավայր դարձնելը, ապա հիմա նկատվում է, որ վեկտորը փոխվում է դեպի սոցիալական պատասխանատվություն: Թանգարանն իր համայնքում կարող է սեփական միջոցներով, օրինակ, տեղի սոցիալապես անապահով երեխաների ընտանիքներին բերել թանգարան, փոխել նրանց միջավայրը, փոքրիկ տոն ստեղծել նրանց համար և այլն: Այդպիսի օրինակները շատ են»,-ասաց Մարինե Հարոյանը:

Գոհար Սաիյանը նկատեց, որ տարիների ընթացքում թանգարանների միջոցառումներում բովանդակային փոփոխություններ են կատարվել: Այսօր շատ թանգարաններ այցելուներին ներկայանում են նորամուծություններով:

Նշենք, որ ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության ենթակայության ներքո գործում է 23 թանգարան:
