«Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի Ֆրանսիայի տեղական մարմնի մարդասիրական օգնությունը հասավ Արցախ

«Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի Ֆրանսիայի տեղական մարմինը մեծաքանակ (շուրջ 13 տոննա) դեղորայք եւ անհրաժեշտ բժշկական պարագաներ է նվիրաբերել Արցախին: Մարդասիրական օգնության ձեւաչափը համաձայնեցվել էր օրեր առաջ Ստեփանակերտում տեղ գտած հանդիպումների ընթացքում, որին մասնակցում էին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը, վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, առողջապահության նախարար Կարինե Աթայանը, Հիմնադրամի Ֆրանսիայի տեղական մարմնի ատենապետ Պետրոս Թերզյանը, գործադիր տնօրեն Արա Վարդանյանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին «Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Ապրիլի սկզբներին Ֆրանսիայում անցկացված արտահերթ հանգանակության արդյունքում Ֆրանսահայ համայնքի կողմից առ այսօր նվիրաբերվել է 240 հազար եվրո, որից 45 միլիոն դրամն ուղղվեց այս հումանիտար ծրագրի հրատապ իրականացմանը: Արցախահայության առողջապահական կարիքներին առավել արդյունավետ արձագանքելու նպատակով ծրագրին միացավ նաեւ Բրազիլիայի տեղական մարմինն իր հավաքագրած 40 000 դոլարից 10 000-ը ուղղելով ծրագրին: «Օգնություն Արցախին» ծրագրի շրջանակներում օրեր առաջ էլ ֆրանսահայության միջոցներով ձեռք էր բերվել եւ Արցախ հասցվել շտապօգնության երկու մեքենա՝ 11.6 միլոն դրամ ընդհանուր արժողությամբ:
«Մեր հաջորդ քայլը Արցախի վերակառուցումն ու վերաշինությունն է լինելու»,- իր խոսքում նշել էր Հիմնադրամի Ֆրանսիայի տեղական մարմնի ատենապետ Պետրոս Թերզյանը՝ անդրադառնելով ապրիլի սկզբին ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծի երկայնքով տեղ գտած ռազմական գործողությունների հետեւանքով վնասված ենթակառուցվածքներին:
Հիմնադրամի գոյության ընթացքում ֆրանսահայ համայքը բազմաբնույթ ծրագրեր է իրականացրել Հայաստանի եւ Արցախի տնտեսության ամենատարբեր ոլորտներում՝ իր շահագրգիռ մասնակցությունը բերելով մասնավորապես առողջապահության, կրթության, ջրամատակարարման ոլորտներում: Մեր հայրենակիցների շնորհիվ է, որ այսօր Գորիսում գործում է սրտաբանական հիվանդանոց, Ստեփանակերտում կառուցվում՝ ուռուցքաբանական կենտրոն: Շուշիի Եզնիկ Մոզյան նորակառույց արհեստագործական ուսումնարանում էլ արդեն մեկ տարի է, ինչ ուսանում են վաղվա շինարար-արհեստավորները: Վերջին երկու տարիների ընթացքում էլ Ֆրանսիայի տեղական մարմինը համայնքային կենտրոններ է կառուցում Արցախի Ակնաղբյուր, Կարմիր շուկա, Մուշկապատ, Թաղավարդ, Սարգսաշեն, Կոճողուտ, Գետավան, Պատարա եւ Կյուրաթաղ համայնքներում:
