Ադրբեջանը միջազգային հանրությանը ներկայանում է զոհի կերպարով, ներքին լսարանին հայատյացություն է սերմանում

Քառօրյա պատերազմից մինչ օրս ադրբեջանական լրատվական դաշտը կիրառել է մի քանի մարտավարություն: Եթե առաջին օրը բացահայտ լռություն պահպանեցին, հետո սկսեցին խոսել իրենց հաղթանակի ու առաջխաղացման մասին, ապա վերջին օրերին զոհի կերպար են ձևավորել:
Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը այս մասին խոսեց տեղեկատվական անվտանգության մասնագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը: «Ապրիլի 2-ին ադրբեջանական մամուլը փաստացի լռում էր, նույնիսկ արտաքին գործերի նախարարը հայտարարեց, որ պատերազմի մասին տեղեկացել է Լավրովի զանգից: Այս ամենը ցույց է տալիս, որ այդ օրերի իրենց պլանավորած տեղեկատվական օպերացիան չգնաց այնպես, ինչպես նախատեսում էին»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` ասաց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը:
Երկրորդ փուլում ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցները «հաղթանակ ու առաջխաղացում» էին փորձում ներկայացնել, ինչն առավել ակնառու էր քառօրյա պատերազմի ու դրան հաջորդող մի քանի օրերին: «Իրենց բնակչությունը համոզված էր, որ Ֆիզուլին ու Ջաբրայիլը իրենք վերցրել են, տարածքներ են գրավել հյուսիսում: Հիմա իրենք իրավիճակը փոխում են, քանի որ ճակատում ծանր հրետանու կիրառմամբ փոխհրաձգությունները բերում են նրան, որ թիկունքում խուճապային իրավիճակ է: Ստիպված են տակտիկան փոխել ու գիծը տանում են այն ուղղությամբ, թե հայերը ագրեսոր են: Իհարկե, բավականին մ եղմ են դա անում, քանի որ չեն կարող ողջ պատկերը ներկայացնել, քանի որ տարիներ շարունակ ասել են` հայկական բանակը միայն փախչել գիտի, ռուսների շնորհիվ է, որ կարողանում են առաջ գնալ»,-նշեց փորձագետը:
Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանի դիտարկմամբ` այս ամենին զուգահեռ նաև թաքցնում են տեղեկատվություն իրենց կորուստների մասին` ներքին լսարանում խուճապն ավելի չամրապնդելու համար: «Նրանք բարձր մակարդակով հայտարարեցին, որ կորուսների մասին տեղեկատվությունը գաղտնիք է, և հիմա փաստացի կորուստների մասին չեն էլ խոսում: Տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, թե կորուստներ չունեն: Մի լրատվամիջոց է այս մասին խոսել` Բեռլինում գործող «Մեյդան թիվին», որի դեմ քրեական հետապնդում է սկսվել»,-ասաց բանախոսը` հավելելով, որ նրանց մոտ տոտալ ստալինյան ռեժիմ է:
Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը նաև նկատեց, որ Ադրբեջանը ներքին շուկայում բացահայտ հակահայկական քարոզչություն է առաջ տանում` փորձելով վառ պահել հայերի հանդեպ ատելությունը: «Իրենց պետական համալսարանի կողմից տեսանյութ են պատրաստել, որում մի խումբ ուսանողներ հակահայական թեզեր են արտասանում, ոչ միայն Հայաստանի դեմ, այլ հայերի` որպես էթնոսի: Նրանք անում են բաներ, որոնք ողջ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում քրեորեն դատապարտելի են»,-եզրափակեց փորձագետը:
