Պատերազմի մասնակից կինը քնում է բաց երկնքի տակ

Արցախյան պատերազմի մասնակից 59-ամյա տիկին Արևիկը ծննդյան տարեդարձն այսօր նշում է բացօթյա ու միայնակ: Նա արդեն մեկ շաբաթ ապրում է մարզպետարանի դիմացի այգում՝ բաց երկնքի տակ:
«Դրսում եմ գիշերում՝ անձրևի ու կարկուտի տակ»,-Panorama.am-ին պատմեց նա:
Նրա խոսքով, ինքը տարիներ շարունակ 20 հազար դրամ ամսական վարձով ապրել է Արմավիր քաղաքի տներից մեկում: Մի քանի օր առաջ տանտերը խնդրել է ազատել տարածքը՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ հարսն ու տղան արտերկրից վերադառնում են: Կինն ամուսնացած չէ, երեխաներ չունի:
Մինչ վարձով տուն տեղափոխվելը կինն ապրել է նույն մարզի Երասխահուն գյուղում՝ ծնողների ու եղբոր ընտանիքի հետ: Ծնողների մահից հետո եղբայրը վաճառել է բնակարանն ու ընտանիքի հետ մեկնել արտասահման: Տիկին Արևիկի պատմելով, քույրերն էլ «կռված» քրոջ մասին լսել չեն ուզում, կինն էլ փորձում է ունեցած եղունգով գլուխը քորել:
«Արդեն 17 տարի ապրում եմ Արմավիր քաղաքում: Գրանցում ունեմ: Ես խնդրում եմ հանրակացարանում մի անկյուն, որ ապրեմ: Ուրիշ ոչ մի բան: Հոգնել եմ վարձով ապրելուց: Անիի ավերակ էր տունը, ես կարգի բերեցի, հետո հանեցին»,-ասաց կինը:
Տիկին Արևիկը Արմավիրի քաղաքապետարանի կոմունալ բաժնում է աշխատում: Աշխատավարձը 55 հազար դրամ է: Մինչ այս այդ փողից 20 հազարը վարձն է վճարել, մյուս մասով հոգացել ապրուստի միջոցը, կարողացել է պարտքեր չկուտակել: Աշխատանքը չկորցնելու համար վաղ առավոտ՝ ժամը 4-ին գնում է աշխատանքի, 6-ին վերադառնում՝ դրսում լցրած ունեցվածքին տեր կանգնելու համար:
Արմավիրի մարզպետ Աշոտ Ղահրամյանը Panorama.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ այս պահին հանրակացարանում որևէ ազատ տեղ չկա: Դրա փոխարեն քաղաքապետարանն այս պահին իր աշխատակից հանդիսացող կնոջն առաջարկում է վարձով բնակարան՝ վճարելով երեք ամսվա վարձը:
«Կինը չի համաձայնվում, բայց այսօր ազատ հանրակացարան չկա: Մինչև հիմա վարձով ապրել է, թող հիմա էլ ապրի, ի՞նչ է եղել»,-ասաց մարզպետը:
Տիկին Արևիկն ասում է, որ մարզպետի խոսքերին՝ հանրակացարաններում ազատ տեղ չլինելու վերաբերյալ, չի հավատում: Իսկ առաջարկած տարբերակի մասին մտածում է, երեք ամիս հետո վարձը վճարելու հնարավորություն չի ունենա. «Ես չգիտեմ ինչքան վարձով տուն են գտել: Ես հոգնել եմ վարձով տներից, ցավդ տանեմ, ինձ վարձով տուն պետք չի, հոգնել եմ: Ես երեք ամիս հետո գումարը ո՞նց տամ: Առողջական խնդիրներ ունեմ, դեղեր եմ առնում, ինձ չորս պատ է պետք»:
