Կան մթերքներ, որոնց չի կարելի տաքացնել մի քանի անգամ, քանի որ կարող են հանգեցնել լուրջ առողջական խնդիրների:

Հավ 
Հավը սպիտակուցների աղբյուր է, որը հեշտությամբ է մարսվում և կարելի է հավի մսով պատրաստել մի շարք ուտեսներ: Սակայն կրկնակի տաքացնելու դեպքում սպիտակուցները փոխում են իրենց կառուցվածքը, ինչն էլ իր հերթին կարող է բացասական ազդեցություն ունենա ստամոքսի համար:

Սունկ 
Սունկը դժվար մարսելի է և խորհուրդ չի տրվում մինչև 4 տարեկան երեխաներին: Այնուամենայնիվ , նաև չպետք է մոռանալ, որ սունկը պարունակում է սպիտակուցներ, այնպես որ կարող եք այն ընդգրկել Ձեր ճաշացանկի մեջ, սակայն հիշելով, որ չպետք է երկրորդ անգամ տաքացնենք, ինչի հետևանքով նվազում է օգտակարությունը, փոխվում է սննդայն կազմը: Կրկնակի տաքացման դեպքում այն ևս կարող է հանգեցնել ստամոքսի և փորի ցավի: 

Ձու
Ճիշտ է, ձուն այն քիչ մթերքներից է, որը մենք հաճախ չենք տաքացնում:Բայց ամեն դեպքում կարևոր է իմանալ, որ կրկնակի տաքացնելու դեպքում բարձր ջերմաստիճանից այն փոխում է համը, դառնում է ոչ այնքան ախորժելի և էականորեն փոխում է սննդային կազմը: Այն կարող է հանգեցնել թունավորման:

Կարտոֆիլ 
Սա ամենաշատ օգտագործվող սնունդն է, սակայն կրկնակի տաքացնելով այն ամբողջությամբ կորցնում է օգտակար հատկությունները, փոխվում է համը: Այնպես որ խորհուրդ է տրվում կարտոֆիլ պատրաստել մեկ անգամյա համար:

Ճակնդեղ 
Եվս մեկ բանջարեղեն, որ հակացուցված է տաքացնել: Կրկնակի տաքացնելու հետևանքով այն կորցնում է օգտակար հատկությունները: Սակայն լուրջ խնդիրներ կարող է ի հայտ գալ, երբ կանոնավոր կերպով օգտագործեք տաքացրած բազուկ:

Նեխուր 
Տնային տնտեսուհիները սիրում են նեխուր ավելացնել ապուրների կամ բանջարեղենի վրա: Բայց ջերմամշակաման արդյունքում այն փոխում է իր կառուցածքը և հանգեցնում լուրջ հիվանդությունների: 

Սպանախ 
Սպանախը շատ օգտակար է օրգանիզմի համար, այն պարունակում է մի շարք վիտամիններ և հանքայն նյութեր: Սպանախը երկրորդ անգամ չի կարելի դնել ջեռոցում: Ջերմությունից արտադրվում է նիտրոզամին, որը վտանգավոր է առողջության համար: Այն համարվում է քաղցկեղածին: Երբեք երկրորդ անգամ մի տաքացրեք սպանախը: Եթե ցանկանում եք սպանախից ստանալ ավելի շատ վիտամիններ, ապա կերեք այն թարմ կամ սառը վիճակում:
