Դավիթ Լոքյանն ընդունել է ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավարին

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանն այսօր ընդունել է Եվրոպայի անվտանգության և համագործակցության կազմակերպության (ԵԱՀԿ) երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար, դեսպան Արգո Ավակովին: Ողջունելով հյուրին` նախարարն ուրախությամբ է փաստել,  որ Հայաստանում ԵԱՀԿ գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչը մեր հայրենակիցն է: Դավիթ Լոքյանը մեծապես կարևորել է Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության և ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի միջև համագործակցությունը և հույս հայտնել, որ դեսպան Ավակովը իր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում զգալիորեն կնպաստի այդ համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունից:

Շնորհակալություն  հայտնելով նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանին հանդիպման հնարավորության համար, Արգո Ավակովը նշել է, որ անչափ ուրախ է դիվանագիտական առաքելությունը Հայաստանում սկսելու կապակցությամբ և վստահեցրել, որ պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում նա իր փորձն ու գիտելիքները կծառայեցնի ՏԿԶ նախարարության և ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի միջև երկարամյա համագործակցության շարունակականության ապահովմանը և հարաբերությունների առավել ամրապնդմանն ու զարգացմանը:

Դավիթ Լոքյանը ներկայացրել է խոշորացվող համայնքների փնջերի ձևավորման ընթացքը և այդ համատեքստում ընդգծել խոշորացված համայնքներում տնտեսական զարգացման ծրագրերի արդյունավետ իրականացումը: Արգո Ավակովը առաջարկել է ստեղծել համատեղ շրջանակային ծրագիր, որը հնարավորություն կտա բացառել ծրագրային կրկնությունները և իրականացնել նպատակային ուղղվածությամբ ծրագրեր այն տարածքներում, որտեղ կան առավել լուրջ խնդիրներ:

Նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը շատ օգտակար և կարևոր է համարել այդ առաջարկը` մեր երկրում իրականացվող բազմաթիվ ծրագրերը համակարգված իրականացնելու և դրական արդյունք ստանալու տեսանկյունից:

Հանդիպմանը զրուցակիցները երկուստեք կարևորել են տարածքներում ԵԱՀԿ հայաստանյան գրասենյակի կողմից իրականացվող տարբեր ոլորտներում կարողությունների հզորացմանն ուղղված միջոցառումները և ցուցաբերված աջակցությունը, մասնավորապես` շրջակա միջավայրի հարցերով իրազեկման, իրավագիտակցության բարձրացման և իրավակիրառմանն աջակցելու նպատակով մարզերում հաջորդաբար բացված Օրհուս կենտրոնները, որոնց թիվն այժմ հասնում է 15-ի:

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ է եղել նաև ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի կողմից մշակված «Տեղական հանրաքվեի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգին, որը նպատակ ունի տեղական մակարդակում անմիջական ժողովրդավարության համար ամբողջական ու միասնական իրավական կարգավորում ձևավորել:
