Նալբանդյանը պարգևատրվել է Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի իսպանական լիգայի ոսկե մեդալով

Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ապրիլի 23-ին ընդունեց Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի իսպանական լիգայի նախագահ Ֆրանսիսկո Ալոնսո Ռոդրիգեսին:
Պարոն Ռոդրիգեսը տեղեկացրեց, որ իր ղեկավարած կազմակերպության խորհուրդը, մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և միջազգային խաղաղության ամրապնդման ոլորտներում Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարի անձնական ներդրումը գնահատելով, որոշում է կայացրել Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանին պարգևատրել Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի իսպանական լիգայի ոսկե մեդալով։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց՝ լիգայի պարգևին արժանանալու համար՝ վստահեցնելով, որ, իբրև ցեղասպանություն վերապրած ժողովրդի ներկայացուցիչ, Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարն իր առաջնահերթ պարտականություններից է համարում պայքարել մարդու իրավունքների, առաջին հերթին՝ կյանքի իրավունքի պաշտպանության, մարդկության դեմ նոր հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ ։
Ֆրանսիսկո Ռոդրիգեսը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը միջազգային ասպարեզում դիտարկվում է որպես ցեղասպանությունների կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ պայքարի առաջամարտիկ, և այդ գործում կարևորեց Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի անձնական ներդրումը` որպես հարցը մշտապես միջազգային ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահող բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյա:
Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի իսպանական լիգայի նախագահին՝ գլոբալ ֆորումին մասնակցելու և դրա աշխատանքներին իր նպաստը բերելու համար։
Տեղեկանք. Մարդու իրավունքների իսպանական լիգան մարդու և քաղաքացու իրավունքների պաշտպանության իսպանական լիգայի իրավահաջորդն է, որը հիմնադրվել է 1913թ.՝ նպատակ ունենալով տարածել և վերահաստատել մարդու անօտարելի անձնական իրավունքները: Այս կազմակերպության անդամներից են եղել ժամանակի հայտնի մտավորականներ, քաղաքական գործիչներ և արվեստագետներ, այդ թվում՝ Դալին, Օրտեգա ի Գասետը, Միրոն, Գարսիա Լորկան, Ամերիկո Կաստրոն:
Մարդու իրավունքների իսպանական լիգան իրականացնում է մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանություն միջազգային ատյաններում: Այն նաև օժտված է հատուկ խորհրդատվական կարգավիճակով ՄԱԿ-ի տնտեսական և սոցիալական խորհրդում:
Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի ոսկե հուշամեդալը շնորհվում է խաղաղության հաստատման, իրավահավասարության և մարդու իրավունքների բնագավառներում ունեցած ավանդի համար:
Մարդու իրավունքների միջազգային ֆեդերացիայի տարբեր ազգային լիգաների կողմից, պարգևատրվել են այնպիսի անձինք, ինչպիսիք են Նելսոն Մանդելան, Մայր Թերեզան, Կարդինալ Վիսենտե Տառանկոնը, մի շարք նախկին նախագահներ, վարչապետեր, ՄԱԿ մարդու իրավունքների ոլորտի պաշտոնյաներ:
