Եթե ուզում ես առողջ լինել

Գիտնականները շատ հետաքրքրաշարժ փորձարկում են իրականացրել: Բացարձակ լավատեսներից ու վատատեսներից կամավորներից խումբ են կազմել, եւ թե մեկին, թե մյուսին գրիպի դեմ պատվաստում են արել ու սպասել: Մեկ ամիս անց պարզվել է, որ վատատեսների մոտ գրիպի դեմ հակամարմիններն անհամեմատ ավելի քիչ են, քան լավատեսների շրջանում: Եվս երեք ամսից պարզվել է, որ նվնվանների 70 տոկոսն այնուամենայնիվ հիվանդացել է գրիպով: Իսկ ուրախների մոտ այդ թիվը նույնիսկ 30  տոկոսի չէր հասնում: Եզրակացությունն ակնհայտ է. ավելի շատ ժպտացեք, ուրախ եղեք՝ չնայած ամեն ինչին, մտածեք միայն լավի մասին: 

Վիրավորանքներ մի կուտակեք

Վերջերս գնալով ավելի մեծ թվով բժիշկներ են հակվում այն կարծիքին, որ ամենասարսափելի հիվանդությունների, ներառյալ ուռուցքայինների աղբյուրը մեր վիրավորանքներն են, որոնք մենք տարիներով փայփայում ենք:  Ոմանք նեղանում են ճակատագրից, որ իրենց կյանքն այնպես չի ձեւավորվել, ինչպես կուզեին:  Մյուսները` ընկերուհիներից, որոնք դավաճանել են իրեն շահերին: Երրորդները` սիրելիից, որն ուրիշի մոտ է գնացել: Չորրորդները` հույսերը չարդարացրած երեխաներից:   

Շատ մարդիկ տարիներով պահում են հերեւանից վիրավորանքը, որը հրաժարվել է պարտքով փող տալ, վերադասից, որն անարդարացիորեն իրենց հեռացրել է աշխատանքից: Երբ մարդը նեղացած է, միշտ հիշում է, թե իրեն ճշգրիտ ինչ են ասել, մտովի հարցեր է տալիս թշնամուն, պատասխանում է  իր հասցեին նրա հարձակումներին, մի խոսքով, նրա հետ լուռ երկխոսություն է վարում: Տհաճ իրավիճակն էլի ու էլի պտտվում է գլխում` էներգետիկական քուղ ձեւավորելով, որով հեռանում են իր կենսական ուժերը:  

Արժե՞ զարմանալ, որ հիշաչար, ագրեսիվ մարդիկ, որոնք երկար կուտակում են վիրավորանքը եւ չեն կարողանում ներել, ավելի հաճախ են հիվանդանում եւ ավելի քիչ են ապրում, քան բարեհոգիները: 

Բնության մեջ պարզ կանոն գոյություն ունի. նմանը նմանին է ձգտում: Եթե դուք վիրավորանքներ կուտակեք եւ նյարդայնանաք աննշան բաներից, դուք չարութան կծիկի կվերածվեք: Ձեր բացասական էներգետիկան նոր վիրավորողների եւ վիրավորանքներ կձգի: 

Ինչպես կտրել արատավոր շրջանակը: Վերջ տվեք ջղայնանալուն, ներեք բոլորին, ներեք ինքներդ ձեզ: Օրը ժպիտով սկսեք, մարդկանց բարիք արեք եւ նրանց մասին միայն լավը մտածեք: 

Սովորեք ուրախանալ կյանքով եւ ձեր մեջ դրական մտածողություն զարգացնել 

Լավ մտքերը ձեր կյանքի մեջ բարիք կձգեն, կներդաշնակեցնեն էներգետիկան: Եվ այդ ժամանակ հիվանդություններից հետք չի մնա: Խոսքը ճնճղուկ չէ, բայց մենք երբեմն մեզ հաշիվ չենք տալիս, թե ինչ ենք ասում:   Կատակով սարսափելի բաներ ենք ասում` չգիտակցելով, որ դա կարող է ավերել մեր առողջությունը:
