Հարգելի՛ հրազդանցիներ, 

Ապրիլի 17-ին տեղի են ունենալու Հրազդանի քաղաքապետի ընտրություններ: 
Հերթական անգամ հրազդանցին պետք է քվեարկի այն թեկնածուի օգտին, ում հետ կապում է մեր քաղաքի զարգացման հեռանկարը: 
Հորդորում եմ ակտիվորեն մասնակցել ընտրություններին, արհամարհեք տարատեսակ ճնշումները, մի վախեցեք, ձեզ չեն տեսնելու, թե ում օգտին եք քվեարկել: Որևէ մեկը չի կարող տեսնել ու իմանալ, թե դուք ում տվեցիք ձեր ձայնը: Գիտեմ, որ մարդկանց վախեցնում են, թե իբր կամեռաներ կան դրված ու իբր տեսնելու են, թե ում եք դուք քվեարկում: Զավեշտը հասել է նրան, որ մարդկանց նաև ասում են, թե իբր գրիչների վրա նույնպես կամեռաներ կան: Մի հավատացեք, չխաբվեք, ոչ մի կամեռա ոչ եղել է, ոչ կա, ոչ էլ կլինի: Այդ անհեթեթ, ծիծաղելի սուտը տարածում են, որպեսզի ազդեն ձեր հոգեբանության վրա, որպեսզի դուք վախենաք ու քվեարկեք այդ մարդկանց ասելով: Ազատ, անկաշկանդ կմտնեք քվեախուց ու կկատարեք խղճով ու համոզմունքով ընտրություն:
Ես հանձնաժողովի իմ անդամներով ու վստահված անձանցով տեր եմ կանգնելու ձեր քվեին՝ անկախ նրանից, թե այդ քվեն որ թեկնածուի օգտին է տրված: Ու թող որևէ մեկը չփորձի որևէ տեղամասում խախտում կատարելու փորձ անել: Պատասխանատվության կենթարկվեն բոլոր այն մարդիկ, ովքեր կփորձեն տեղամասերում մոտենալ, ուղղորդել, կամ վերահսկել ընտրողներին: Հանձնաժողովի մեր անդամներն ու վստահված անձինք, վստահեցնում եմ, պինդ կանգնած են լինելու, ապահովելու են ձեր ազատ ընտրությունը:
Լուրեր են պտտվում ընտրակաշառքի բաժանման մասին: Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր մտադիր են ընտրակաշառքով քվեարկել պետք է հիշեն, որ բաժանված այդ մի քանի կոպեկի 100-ապատիկը մարդկանց քթերից հանելու են: Պետք է այդ մարդիկ հիշեն՝ փողով ընտրվածը երբեք ձեր դարդ ու ցավով չի ապրելու, նա միմիայն մտածելու է, թե ինչպես հետ բերի իր բաժանած միլիոնները: Հետևաբար, մերժեք, հրաժարվեք էդ մի քանի հազար դրամից, մի վաճառեք ձեր, ձեր երեխաների ապագան: 
Ես գիտեմ, որ բազմաթիվ մարդիկ դեռ թերահավատ են, մտածում են թե միևնույն է ոչինչ չի փոխվի, քանի որ այսինչը կամ այնինչը դաբռո ունի, փող ունի: 
Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ, բոլոր տիպի դաբռոներն ու փողերը, բոլոր տիպի նման բաները զրո նշանակություն ունեն, քանի որ դուք, միայն դուք եք որոշելու, թե ով կլինի Հրազդանի քաղաքապետը, դուք եք ձեր մի քվեով որոշելու հաղթողին:
Ակնհայտ է, որ Հրազդանում հազարավոր մարդիկ ուզում են փոփոխություններ: Իսկ փոփոխություն կարող է կատարել նա, ով մտածում ու գործում է այլ կերպ, ով առաջարկում է չկրկնվող ու նորարարական գաղափարներ և ունի համապատասխան փորձ ու գիտելիքներ դրանք կյանքի կոչելու համար: 
Սիրելի հրազդանցիներ
Ես ու հազարավոր հրազդանցիներ ունենք երազանք. տեսնել մեր քաղաքը զարգացած, բարեկարգ, մաքուր ու հարմարավետ: Վստահե՛ք ու աջակցե՛ք ինձ՝ իրականություն դարձնելու մեր երազանքը: Ես պատրաստ եմ ներդնելու իմ երիտասարդական ողջ ներուժը, իմ փորձն ու գիտելիքները, համառ, հետևողական և պատասխանատու աշխատանքով Հրազդանին բերելու նոր շունչ և վերածնունդ:
Ես ակնկալում եմ ձեր վստահության քվեն և աջակցությունը՝ միասին աշխատելու և կառուցելու մեր քաղաքը: 
Աստված պահապան ձեր ընտանիքներին:
Վստահ եմ՝ միասին էլ հաղթելու ենք…
