 Երևանի Սուրբ Հովհաննես եկեղեցում տեղի ունեցավ ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում ադրբեջանական կողմի նախահարձակ գործողությունների արդյունքում հերոսաբար զոհված զինծառայող Ադամ Սահակյանի հոգեհանգստի արարողությունը: Ադամին վերջին հրաժեշտը տալու էին եկել ծառայակից ընկերները, համադասարցիներն ու համակուրսեցիները ,ուսուցիչները, հարազատներն ու ընկերները, բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ:

Ադամի դասվար Աննա Պետրոսյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ նա իր լավագույն աշակերտներից մեկն է եղել: «Շատ լավ երեխա էր, դաստիարակված, զուսպ: Շատ ափսոս, որ  այսօր նա այլևս մեզ հետ չէ: Նա դեռ պետք է վայելեր այս կյանքը: 7 տարի դասավանդել եմ, եղել եմ նրա դասղեկը: Առաջնային նպատակը սովորելն էր, զբաղվում էր նաև սպորտով: Ցավում ենք ողջ դպրոցի ուսուցչական անձնակազմով: Խոսքեր չունեմ ասելու, շատ ցավալի է»,- նշեց Պետրոսյանը:

Ադամ Սահակյանի հարևանուհին՝ Թելիկ Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց, որ Ադամը մեծացել է իր աչքերի առաջ: «Երկու եղբայրներ էին: Շատ դաստիարակված երեխա էր, երբեք որևէ մեկին չի նեղացրել, միշտ օգնել է մեծին, հարգել: Նրանց ծնողները նույնպես շատ լավ, մակարդակով մարդիկ են: Մի անգամ ինքը փոքր էր, բակում խաղում էր: Ասացի «Ադամ ջան, լավ ֆուտբոլ ես խաղում», պատասխանեց՝ «Բա պետք է լավ խաղամ, որ մեծանամ ֆուտբոլիստ դառնամ»: Շատ նպատակներ ուներ, ափսոս որ չկարողացավ դրանք կյանքի կոչել: Նա շատ լավ հուշեր է մեզ թողել: Նրա ամենակարևոր հատկանիշը լավ անձնավորություն լինելն է: Դպրոցն ավարտել է, ընդունվել է համալսարան, ուսումը կիսատ թողնելով՝ գնացել է բանակ: Բանակում էլ շատ լավ ծառայել է»,- պատմեց հարևանուհին:

Նա հայտնեց նաև, որ Ադամի ծառայության մեկ տարին արդեն լրացել էր: «Նա երբեք ծառայությունից չի դժգոհել: Վերջին անգամ, երբ եկել էր արձակուրդ, շատ լավ տրամադրություն ուներ: Մի քանի օրով եկավ, ընկերների հետ դուրս էր գալիս, շատ բարձր տրամադրություն ուներ: Հեռախոսով էլ անընդհատ ծնողների հետ կապի մեջ է եղել: Վերջին անգամ ապրիլի 1-ին մոր հետ է խոսել, հայտնել է, որ դիրքեր է բարձրանում: Ինձ նաև ասել են, որ նա մինչև վերջ պայքարել է թշնամու դեմ ու զոհվել հերոսի մահով»,- եզրափակեց Թելիկ Հարությունյանը:
