Վարուժան  Բաբաջանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Իհարկե, հնգամյա երեխայի մահը այնպիսի ծանր ողբերգություն է, որի մասին բառերով դժվար է խոսել, բայց այն ևս մեկ անգամ ցույց տվեց, որ ֆեյսբուքյան ազնիվներին առիթ է պետք ուղղակի աղմկելու, հայհոյելու և անդրմոնիտորային հերոսություններն ի ցույց դնելու... Եվ դա բոլորովին կարևոր չէ՝ թիրախում քաղաքապետարանն է, կառավարությունը, Բ26-ը թե ընդդիմադիրները՝ դրանք բոլորն էլ իրար արժեն, կարևորն այն է, որ մենք ի զորու չենք լսելու ոչ մի հոդաբաշխ բացատրություն, ի զորու չենք որոնելու իրական մեղավորներին և քարը նետում ենք նրանց ուղղությամբ, ովքեր առաջինն են մեր մտքին գալիս, և, որ ամենատարածվածն ու ամենավատն է, ում դեմ առաջինն ենք ցանկանում խոսել:

Ցավալի դեպքի մասին իմանալուց հետո պետք չէր առաջինը քրեագետի խալաթ հագնել, միգուցե երբեմն մեզ զսպե՞լ իմանանք, հատկապես, երբ խոսքը վերաբերվում է մարդկային նման ծանր ողբերգության...

Քաղաքապետարանի ու մյուս բոլորի վերաբերյալ բոլոր առողջ և ճշմարտացի քննադատությունները միանգամայն ընդունում և կիսում եմ, սակայն երբ ամեն ինչ անցնում է հիվանդագինի սահմանը՝ չեմ կարող չխոսել: Երբ տարածվեց այդ ահավոր ողբերգության լուրը և սկսեցիք քննադատությունների տարափը՝ ո՞րն էր այդ համընդհանուր հայհոյանքների և մեղավորներին միանգամից դատափետելու պատճառը՝ չէ՞ որ խոսք չէր գնում վերելակի վթարի մասին, այլ խոսվում էր անզգուշությամբ երեխայի ողբերգական մահվան մասին: Կարո՞ղ էր չէ՞ լինել անզգուշության, անփութության, այդ պահին երեխային հսկողությունից դուրս թողելու հետևանք, ինչը իրականում, ցավոք, եղել է: Առավել ևս դա եղել է սեփական առանձնատանը, ինչը ամենևին չի մեղմում իրավիճակը: Այսինքն՝ ցանկացած դեպքում գործ ունեինք ոչ թե տեխնիկական պարամետրերի խախտման, այլ ողբերգական իրողության հետ, երբ երեխան անզգուշությամբ հայտնվել է մահացու իրավիճակում...

Այո, Երևանի վերելակային տնտեսությունը հաճախ անմխիթար վիճակում է, ինչը պետք է իշխանությունների մտահոգության առիթ լինի: Սակայն այդ մասին հիշեցնելու բազմաթիվ առիթներ և ձևեր կան, ոչ թե ողբերգության ֆոնի վրա էմոցիոնալ աղմուկ բարձրացնելը...
