Թուրքիան սիրիացի փախստականներին բռնի ուղարկում է Սիրիա. Amnesty International

Թուրքիայում ապաստան գտած սիրիացի փախստականները սկսել են բռնի կերպով հետ ուղարկվել պատերազմական վիճակում գտնվող Սիրիա, թեպետ ԵՄ հետ համաձայնության շրջանակում թուրքական պետությունը պարտավորվել էր այդ փախստականների համար իր տարածքում բնակվելու նորմալ պայմաններ ստեղծել:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին ուշագրավ հետազոտություն է կատարել միջազգային Amnesty International կազմակերպությունը:
Թուրքիայի հարավային սահմանամերձ շրջաններում իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ թուրքական իշխանությունները հունվարի կեսերից սկսած գրեթե ամեն օր 100 սիրիացի տղամարդկանց, կանանց և երեխաների հետ են ուղարկել Սիրիա: Amnesty International-ը վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում հավաքել է բազմաթիվ վկայություններ թուրքական Հաթայ նահանգից փախստականների վերադարձի թեմայով:
«Սեփական սահմանները պաշտպանելու հուսահատությամբ համակված ԵՄ առաջնորդներն անտեսեցին ամենապարզ փաստերը. Թուրքիան անվտանգ երկիր չէ սիրիացի փախստականների համար և օրեցօր դառնում է ավելի ու ավելի պակաս ապահով: Մեր կողմից արձանագրված սիրիացի փախստականների մեծածավալ վերադարձն ընդգծում են ԵՄ-Թուրքիա համաձայնագրում առկա թերությունները»,- նշել է Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հարցերով Amnesty International-իտնօրեն Ջոն Դոլհաուսենը: Նա ընդգծել է, որ վերջին 7-9 շաբաթների ընթացքում Թուրքիան, ըստ ամենայնի, մի քանի հազար փախստականի ուղարկել է հետ Սիրիա: Դոլհաուսենը մտահոգություն է հայտնել, որ եթե Թուրքիա-ԵՄ համաձայանգիրը շարունակվի, ապա կա մտավախություն, որ Եվրոպայից Թուրքիա ուղարկված փախստականները կարժանանան նույն ճակատագրին:
Ուսումնասիրությունների ընթացքում կազմակերպության հայտնաբերած դեպքերից մեկն առնչվում է երեք երեխաների, ովքեր ստիպողաբար Սիրիա են ուղարկվել առանց ծնողների: Մեկ այլ դեպքում հետ է ուղարկվել ութ ամսական հղիության մեջ գտնվող մի կին: «Վերադարձների անմարդկայնությունն ու չափսերը ցնցող են: Թուրքիան պետք է անհապաղ դադարեցնի դա»,- ասել է Դոլհաուսենը:
Կազմակերպությունը պարզել է նաև, որ Թուրքիայի հարավային շրջաններում շատ հաճախ հրաժարվում են գրանցել սիրիացի փախստականներին, մինչդեռ գրանցումն անհրաժեշտ է ամենատարրական ծառայություններից օգտվելու համար: Սիրիացի փախստականներից ոմանք հայտնել են, որ սահմանամերձ Հաթայ նահանգում ոմանք, ովքեր փորձ են արել գրանցվել, մերժում են ստացել ու ուղարկվել են հետ Սիրիա:
Հումանիտար օգնություն ցուցաբերող խմբերը, ինչպես նաև փախստականների ճամբարներում բնակվողները հայտնել են, որ այդ ճամբարներում պայմանները ողբալի են` առանց մաքուր ջրի և կոյուղու: Բացի այդ, լինում են մարդկանց առևանգումներ՝ փրկագին ստանալու նպատակով:
