5 խորհուրդ Քիմ Քարդաշյանի դիետոլոգից՝ ծննդաբերությունից հետո ճիշտ նիհարելու համար

Քիմ Քարդաշյանը մի քանի օր առաջ համացանցում կիսվել էր հղիության ժամանակ իր մտահոգությունների մասին, հատկապես որ նա ավելորդ կիլոգրամներ է հավաքել, սակայն այժմ աստղը նիհարել է 19 կգ-ով, չնայած որ ծննդաբերությունից անցել է ընդամենը 3 ամիս:
Սակայն Քիմ չի պատրաստվում բավարարվել այսքանով, որովհետև երկրորդ հղիության ժամանակ Քիմը հավաքել էր ավելի քան 30 կգ:

Քարդաշյանը չի թաքցնում, որ նախընտրում է Ատկինսի դիետան, որտեղ կտրուկ կրճատվում է ածխաջրերի օգտագործումը:
Առաջին կանոնը այն է, որպեսզի քաղցը չտանջի, Քիմն օգտագործում է բավական քանակությամբ սպիտակուց: Այդ իսկ պատճառով Քիմի սննդակարգում միշտ առկա է ձու, հավ, ձուկ և կարմիր միս:
Պանիր, բայց ոչ մեծ քանակությամբ
Սովորաբար դիետոլոգները սննդակարգից կտրականապես հանում են պանիրը, բայց Կոլետտը դեմ չէ, որ իր հաճախորդի սննդակարգում առկա լինի պանիր: Սակայն պանրի օրական չափաբաժինը չպետք է գերազանցի 100 գրամը: Կարագը և թթվասերը նույնպես թույլատրվում է օգտագործել, բայց հստակ չափաբաժնով:

Հայմովիցը դեմ է օրական շատ փոքր կալորիականությամբ դիետաներին: Վերջինիս խոսքերով, նման սննդակարգը միայն խանգառում է ճիշտ նիհարելուն:

Այժմ կա սնունդ, որից Քիմը ամբողջությամբ հրաժարվել է՝ շաքարավազ, կոնֆետներ, թխվածքաբլիթ, կրեկեր, սպիտակ ալյուր և սպիտակ բրինձ: Սակայն այս մթերքները միայն ժամանակավոր են հանված սննդակարգից:
Քաշի դանդաղ նվազեցում
Հայմովիցը իր հաճախոչդներին օգնում է նիահարել ոչ թե միանգամից, այլ դանդաղ: Քիմը շաբաթական նիհարում է 900 գրամ:
