Այսօրվա Եվրոպան ի վիճակի չէ արդյունավետ պայքարել իսլամիստական ահաբեկչության դեմ

Բրյուսելի ահաբեկչությունից օրեր անց, միանգամից մի քանի հետաքրքիր մանրամասներ, որոնք առանց այն էլ սարսափելի այս ողբերգությանն ավելի ահասարսուռ երանգ են հաղորդում։ Մի կողմից, այսօր կարելի է ասել, որ եղածը դեռ ամենասարսափելի բանը չէր, որ կարող էր լինել, քանի որ ձեռք են բերվել անհերքելի ապացույցներ, որոնք փաստում են, որ ահաբեկիչների հիմնական թիրախը եղել է Բելգիայի հարավում գտնվող ատոմակայանը, սակայն երբ ձերբակալել են ահաբեկչական օղակի պարագլխին, մնացած անդամները որոշել են շտապողականություն ցուցաբերել ու հապճեպ կազմակերպել են օդանավակայանի ու մետրոյի կայարանների պայթյունները։
Հետաքրիր է նաև այն, որ բավականին խայտաբղետ կազմի հետ գործ ունենք։ Ահաբեկիչներից ոմանք նույնիսկ փախստականներ չեն եղել, այլ բավականին հարգված և հասարակության մեջ ինտեգրված մահմեդական ընտանիքներից են։ Նրանցից մեկի եղբայրը նույնիսկ ներկայացրել է Բելգիան՝ մարտարվեստներից մեկի աշխարհի առաջնությանը ու նվաճել արծաթե մեդալ։ Սա ևս մեկ նգամ փաստում է, որ Եվրոպայում ահաբեկչության խնդիրը չի կարելի բերել ու զուտ փախստականների մակարդակի հասցնել, քանի որ այն շատ ավելի խորը արմատներ ունի, որոնք վերացնելու համար շատ ավելի կոմպլեքս ու խորքային քայլեր են պետք;
Մյուս կողմից, խսիտ ակնառու փաստեր են բացահայտվել նույն Բելգիայի կարճատեսությունը ցուցադրող։ Օրինակ՝ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Բելգիան ձեռք է բերել շուրջ 10 միլիարդ եվրոյի կործանիչներ, քանի որ նրանց թվացել է, որ իրենց համար ամենաարդիական ու ակտուալ վտանգը Ռուսաստանն է ներկայացնում ու պետք է զինվել նրա դեմ։ Հասկանալի է, որ Բելգիան կարող է 10 անգամ ավելի շատ գումար ախսել Ռուսաստանի դեմ զինվելու համար, բայց եթե ինչ որ մի ֆանտաստիկ սցենարով, ռուսները իրոք ներխուժելու լինեն Բելգիան, այդ միլիարդները նրանց չեն փրկի։ Մյուս կողմից, եթե այդ միլիարդները անիմաստ կործանիչների վրա մսպելու փոխարեն գոնե մասնակիորեն ուղղվեին ներքին անվտանգության մակարդակը ավելի բարձրացնելուն ու հատուկ ծառայություններին ավելի լայն աշխատանքային հնարավորություններ ընձեռելուն, չի բացառվում, որ այս զարհուրելի ահաբեկչությունը տեղ չէր գտնի։
Սրանք զուտ Բելգիայի խնդիրները չեն։ ԵՄ-ի գերխնդիրը նրանում է հենց, որ այսպիսի իռացիոնալ ու անլուրջ մոտեցում իսլամիստական ահաբեկչության նկատմամբ դրսևորում են բոլոր երկրները ու փոխանակ մտածեն, թե ինչպես վերանայեն իրենց ներքին քաղաքականությունը, որպեսզի մինիմիացնեն իսլամիզմի ու ահաբեկչության ռիսկերը, ինչպես օր առաջ իմանան նախապատրաստվող գործողությունների մասին ու ճիշտ հակազդեն դրան, դրած մուլլտիկուլտուրալիզմ ու տոլերանտություն են խաղացնում և այս ամենը համեմվում է հակառուսական հիսթերիայի ու անիմաստ միլիտարիզացման սոուսով։
