Լվացք, մաքրություն, սառնամանիք, արեւ եւ այլ բազմաթիվ գործոններ վնասում են ձեռքերը, սակայն դրանցից զերծ մնալը եւս հնարավոր չէ։ Տնային գործերը ձեռնոցներով արեք, ամռանն օգտագործեք ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներից պաշտպանող կրեմ, իսկ ձմռանը՝ ցրտից պաշտպանող կրեմ։
