Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում կարտոֆիլի պատրաստման յուրօրինակ մի բաղադրատոմս, որը և՛ գեղեցիկ է, և՛ համեղ:
Բաղադրությունը՝
Կարտոֆիլ 4 հատ
Խոզի ճարպ 100 գ
Պանիր 100 գ
Թթվասեր 1-2 ճաշի գդալ
Սխտոր 1 պճեղ
Մաղադանոս 1 փունջ
Աղ ու սև պղպեղ (աղացած)՝ ըստ ճաշակի
1. Հարկավոր է լավ լվանալ կարտոֆիլը, որը կարելի է կատարել բանջարեղենի համար նախատեսզած հատուկ խոզանակի կամ սպասքը լվանալու համար նախատեսված սպունգի միջոցով:
2. Չորացրեք ու կատարեք 3 մմ-ով իրար հաջորդող կտրվածքներ, սակայն այն հարկավոր չէ մինչև վերջ կտրատել:
3. Կտրատեք բարակ շերտով ապխտած խոզի ճարպն ու պանիրը. լայնությունը պետք է համընկնի կտրված գալարների լայնությանը:
4. Կտրված հատվածներում իրար հաջորդելով դնել պանիրն ու սալը, որից հետո համեմել աղով ու պղպեղով:
5. Կարտոֆիլը դնել տապակի մեջ տարածված պերգամենտի թղթի վրա:
6. Տաքացնել ջեռոցը 180-200 աստիճան, ու եփել կարտոֆիլը 40-45 րոպե, մինչև որ փափկի:
7. Ապա, թավան հանել ջեռոցից, կարտոֆիլի վրա լցնել թթվասեր ու մայոնեզ, վրան ցանել քերած պանիր, ու շերտերի արանքում դնել բարակ շերտով կտրատված սխտորը, որից հետո ևս 2-3 րոպե դնել ջեռոցի մեջ:
8. Կարող եք ըստ ցանկության ուտեստը զարդարել կանաչիով:
