Ճարպոտ փոր ունենալու խնդիրը հաճախ է անհանգստացնում բազմաթիվ կանանց, հատկապես` ամռանը, երբ բացվում է լողազգեստի սեզոնը: Փորի հատվածում ճարպից հեշտ ազատվելու ու գեղեցիկ իրան ունենալու համար պետք չէ դիմել հատուկ բժիշկների կամ շաբաթներով դիետաներ պահել: Կարելի է ուղղակի օգտագործել մթերքներ, որոնք կայրեն ձեր ավելորդ ճարպը:
Առաջին հերթին ձեր կողմից օգտագործվող սննդամթերքի մեջ ավելացրեք լոբազգիներ: Ավելին` եթե թեկուզ փոքրիկ տնամերձ հողակտոր ունեք, կարող եք ինքներդ զբաղվել լոբազգիների մշակմամբ: Սա ոչ միայն օգտակար կլինի ձեր կազմվածքի համար, այլև` հետաքրքիր փոփոխություն կմտցնի ձեր կյանք:
Որովայնի ճարպից ազատվելու համար խստիվ արգելվում է օգտագործել կարտոֆիլ: Բայց այս մթերքի սիրահարներին խորհուրդ ենք տալիս միանգամից չհուսահատվել: Այն օգտագործելու ու ճարպ չկուտակելու մի հնարք կա` պարզապես կարտոֆիլը սառը վիճակում կերեք: Սառելուց հետո ընկնում է դրա կալորիականությունն ու այն այլևս անվտանգ է ձեր կազմվածքի համար:
Օգտագործեք պայթեցրած եգիպտացորենի հատիկներ (popcorn) և արևածաղիկ, բայց` առանց շաքարի կամ ձեթի: Բանն այն է, որ արևածաղիկն ու եգիպտացորենի հատիկները ախորժակ «սպանելու» մեծագույն վարպետներն են: Հատկապես երեկոյան, երբ 6-ից հետո քաղց եք զգում` զբաղվեք արևածաղիկով և այն անմիջապես կչքանա:
Միաժամանակ, մի մոռացեք օգտակար թեյերի մասին: Սպիտակ ու կանաչ թեյերն ամենաօգտակարն են որովայնի ճարպը ոչնչացնելու տեսանկյունից: Մյուս կողմից, այդ թեյերն արդյունք կտան միայն այն դեպքում, եթե դրանց օգտագործումը լինի պարբերական: Օրը մեջ օգտագործվող, առավոտյան մեկ բաժակ թեյը երբեք չի տա ձեզ ցանկալի արդյունք: Արդյունավետության համար օրական երկու անգամ ուղղակի թեյախմության ժամեր սահմանեք: Այդ դեպքում Դուք երբեք չեք մոռանալ ընդունել ձեր ու Ձեր գեղեցիկ իրանի համար անհրաժեշտ այդ կարևոր նյութը:
