Եթե անընդհատ հեռուստացույցը միացված է՝ որպես ֆոնի մաս, սակայն չեք դիտում, ժամանակն է այս սովորությանը վերջ տալ։ Ավելորդ աղմուկը սթրես է առաջացնում։
3, Վնասակար սնունդ
Այն, ինչ ուտում եք, ուղիղ կապ ունի սթրեսի մակարդակի հետ։ Առողջ մթերքը՝ վիտամիններով հարուստ, նվազեցնում է սթրեսը, իսկ անառողջը՝ հակառակը, ավելացնում է այն։

Իհարկե, դրանք դեն նետել չի կարելի, սակայն ավելի լավ է՝ որեւէ դարակում պահեք։ Անընդհատ հաշիվներ տեսնելը սթրես է առաջացնում։

Իրականում հայելիները լուրջ սթրեսի աղբյուր են։ Որքան հաճախ ես հայելու մեջ նայում, այնքան թերություններ ես գտնում սեփական արտաքինի մեջ եւ սթրեսի մեջ ես ընկնում։
7, Աշխատանք
Եթե տանն եք աշխատում, ավելի հակված եք սթրեսի, քան օֆիսում աշխատելու պարագայում։
