• 1 ճաշի գդալ ձիթապտղի կամ նուշի յուղ
• 1 ձվի դեղնուց
• 1 թեյի գդալ մեղր
• 2 թեյի գդալ վազելին։
Պատրաստման եղանակը
Վազելինը մի փոքր տաքացնել միկրոալիքային վառարանում (մոտ 20 վայրկյան), ավելացնել ձվի դեղնուցը, ձիթապտղի կամ նուշի յուղն ու մեղրը։ Բոլոր բաղադրիչները լավ խառնել՝ մինչև ստացվի համասեռ խառնուրդ։ Արդեն պատրաստի կրեմը լցնել ապակե փոքր տարայի մեջ։
Կրեմը քսել՝ նրբորեն մերսելով մաշկը։ 1 ժամ անց կրեմի ավելցուկը մաշկից հեռացնել ջրի մեջ թրջված ստերիլ կտորով։ Այս կրեմն ամեն օր օգտագործելու դեպքում կտեսնեք դրական արդյունքները։
Կրեմը կարելի է քսել երեկոյան՝ քնելուց 2 ժամ առաջ, պահել 1 ժամ, մաքրել և քնել։ Կրեմը պետք է պահել սառնարանում։ Այն կարելի է օգտագործել օրը 2 անգամ, քանի որ չունի բացասական կողմնակի ազդեցություններ։
