Մարմնի վրա կետեր կան, որոնք մերսելով՝ ակտիվացնում ենք դրանց աշխատանքը, ինչն էլ նվազեցնում է ախորժակն ու նպաստում է նիհարելուն։ Կետային այս մերսումը կոչվում է ակուպրեսսուրա, սա հին չինական մեթոդ է, որն այսօր հասանելի է բոլորին։ Ահա կետերը, որոնք նվազեցնում են ախորժակը։
1, Դույ-դուանի կետ՝ գտնվում է վերեւի շրթունքի ու քթի մեջտեղում։
Մի քանի րոպե մերսեք այդ կետը, հատկապես, եթե սթրեսից ցանկանում եք ուտել։
2, Ախորժակի կետ՝ ականջախեցիի վրա, դեմքին մոտ հատվածում։ Պարբերաբար մերսեք այս կետը։
3, Ցյույ-չի կետ՝ ծալեք թեւն ու ներսի կողմից՝ ծալքից մի փոքր դեպի դաստակ՝ օրական մեկ անգամ մեկ րոպե մերսեք։
4, Ցզու-սան-լի կետ՝ ծնկի տակ՝ փոսիկի մեջ։
ԵԹե պարբերաբար մեսեք այդ կետը, օրական մինչեւ 500 գրամ կարող եք նիհարել։
5, Լոու-գու կետ՝ սրունքի վրա՝ կոճից մի փոքր վերեւ։
Մերսեք ու նիհարեք եւ ազատվեք ոտքերի ու ձեռքերի այտուցից։ Սակայն մերսման ժամանակ շատ մի տարվեք, յուրաքանչյուր կետն օրական մեկ րոպեից ավելի չի կարելի մերսել։
