Մենք այն ենք, ինչ ուտում ենք: Այդ արտահայտությունը ծանոթ է շատերին, սակայն ոչ բոլորն են հետևում դրան: Իսկ իրականում սխալ սնունդը, քաղցր, ճարպոտ, աղի կամ կծու սննդի չարաշահումը վնաս է մաշկին և կարող է դեմքի մաշկի բշտիկների, այտուցների պատճառ դառնալ, գրում է elle.ru-ն:
Այդ պատաճառով այնքան կարևոր է ամենօրյա մենյուում ներառել մաշկի համար օգտակար սնունդ՝ ձուկ (հարուստ է ճարպային Օմեգա-3,6,9 թթուներով), կանաչ ու կարմիր բանջարեղեն, հատապտուղներ (անտիօքսիդանտների աղբյուր): Որոշ մթերքներ կարելի է ոչ միայն ուտել, այլև պատրաստել սկրաբներ, դիմակներ:
