Զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության երկրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ երկու զինծառայողի մահվան դեպքի առթիվ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2016 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ին՝ ժամը 06:50-ի սահմաններում, N զորամասի 3-րդ ջոկի գնդացրորդ, շարքային Թ.Սլոյանը, նույն զորամասի պահպանության տակ գտնվող մարտական դիրքի դիտակետի մոտ իրեն ամրակցված գնդացրից կրակել է նույն ջոկի հրամանատար, մարտական դիրքի ավագ, կրտսեր սերժանտ Կամո Հովհաննիսյանի դեմքի շրջանին։ Ստացած վնասվածքից Կ.Հովհաննիսյանը տեղում մահացել է, որից հետո շաքային Սլոյանը ինքն իրեն գլխի շրջանում պատճառել է հրազենային մահացու վիրավորում:
Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առերևույթ առկա են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցագործությունների հատկանիշներ մատնանշող բավարար տվյալներ՝ երկրորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, շարժառիթները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Քննության արդյունքների մասին տեղեկություն կտրամադրվի լրացուցիչ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
Ավելի վաղ ԼՂՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության մամուլի ծառայությունից տեղեկացրել էին, որ ՊԲ հարավարևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասում փետրվարի 19-ին` ժամը 07:00-ի սահմաններում, տեղի ունեցած արտակարգ պատահարի արդյունքում հրազենային մահացու վիրավորում են ստացել ՊԲ զինծառայողներ, 1997թ. ծնված Կամո Արայի Հովհաննիսյանը և Թեմուր Շարիի Սուլոյանը:
