Axios․ Թրամփը «Մեծ յոթնյակի» գագաթաժողովում հասկացրել է, որ կարող է հրաժարվել «Անքորիջի պայմանավորվածություններից»

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը հայտնել է, որ Ուկրաինան այժմ Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատերազմում «իսկապես բավական լավ է դիմակայում»։
Axios-ի տվյալներով՝ «Մեծ յոթնյակի» (G7) գագաթաժողովի ընթացքում նա նաև հիասթափություն է հայտնել Վլադիմիր Պուտինի դիրքորոշումից և հասկացրել, որ կարող է հրաժարվել «Անքորիջի պայմանավորվածություններից», որոնց շրջանակում ԱՄՆ-ը համաձայնել էր, որ խաղաղ համաձայնագրի դեպքում Դոնբասը կմնա Ռուսաստանի վերահսկողության տակ։
Պարբերականի երկու աղբյուրների խոսքով, որոնք ներկա են եղել G7-ի առաջնորդների հանդիպմանը, Թրամփը թերահավատորեն է արտահայտվել Պուտինի վերաբերյալ և խոսել է Մոսկվայի վրա ճնշումն ուժեղացնելու հնարավորության մասին։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, պարբերականի զրուցակիցները նշել են, որ գագաթաժողովի մյուս մասնակիցները կասկածում են, թե այդ հայտարարությունները կհանգեցնեն կոնկրետ գործողությունների։
Այս ֆոնին Ուկրաինան զգալիորեն ակտիվացրել է Ռուսաստանի տարածքի նկատմամբ հեռահար անօդաչու հարվածների արշավը։ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հայտարարել է «ազդեցության 40-օրյա գործողության» մեկնարկի մասին, որի նպատակը Մոսկվային խաղաղ համաձայնագիր ստորագրել հարկադրելն է։
Իր հերթին, Պուտինը պնդում է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է խաղաղ բանակցությունների, բայց՝ իր պայմաններով։ Նա ընդունել է, որ ուկրաինական անօդաչուների հարվածները որոշակի վնաս են հասցնում, սակայն վստահություն է հայտնել, որ դրանք չեն կարող ապակայունացնել ռուսական հասարակությունը։
Axios-ի գնահատմամբ՝ շարունակվող և էլ ավելի բարդացող ուկրաինական անօդաչու արշավն արդեն շարքից հանել է մի շարք նավթավերամշակող ձեռնարկություններ, խաթարել է ռուսական զորքերի մատակարարման լոգիստիկան և պատերազմի չորս տարվա ընթացքում առաջին անգամ Ռուսաստանի շատ բնակիչների ստիպել է անմիջականորեն զգալ դրա հետևանքները։
Հարվածների հետևանքները հատկապես նկատելի են օկուպացված Ղրիմում, որտեղ տեղի իշխանությունները դադարեցրել են վառելիքի վաճառքը և հայտարարել արտակարգ իրավիճակ։ Ուկրաինան հարվածներ է հասցնում նաև էներգետիկ օբյեկտներին և տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքին, որը թերակղզին կապում է Ռուսաստանի հետ։
Միևնույն ժամանակ, ինչպես նշել է պարբերականը, առայժմ պարզ չէ, թե անօդաչուների հարվածների նոր արշավը կկարողանա արդյոք խթան հաղորդել խաղաղ բանակցություններին։ Որոշ վերլուծաբաններ կարծում են, որ ճնշումը Մոսկվայի վրա ուժեղանում է, մյուսները ենթադրում են, որ նման հարձակումները միայն կամրապնդեն հօգուտ պատերազմի շարունակման տրամադրությունները Ռուսաստանում։
