«Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» թեման պետական ծրագիր է Բաքվի համար. Սուրենյանցի և Նահապետյանի քննարկումը (տեսանյութ)

Այսօր Euromedia24-ի եթերում կայացել է քննարկում՝ «Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» շարժման համակարգողներ Հայկ Նահապետյանի և Սուրեն Սուրենյանցի մասնակցությամբ։

Քննարկման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է կատարվել Ադրբեջանի կողմից վերջին տարիներին ակտիվորեն առաջ մղվող «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» հայեցակարգին, ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձի վերաբերյալ հնչող հայտարարություններին, ինչպես նաև այդ նարատիվների քաղաքական և անվտանգային հնարավոր հետևանքներին Հայաստանի համար։

Բանախոսները ներկայացրել են իրենց գնահատականները տարածաշրջանային զարգացումների, Ադրբեջանի միջազգային հարթակներում իրականացվող գործունեության և Հայաստանի առջև ծառացած մարտահրավերների վերաբերյալ։

Հայկ Նահապետյանի գնահատմամբ՝ «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» նախագիծը միայն Հայաստանի հետ կապված նախաձեռնություն չէ, այլ շատ ավելի լայն աշխարհաքաղաքական հաշվարկների մաս է կազմում։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Իրանում ևս գոյություն ունեն տարբեր մոտեցումներ տարածաշրջանային ազդեցության վերականգնման վերաբերյալ, սակայն այնտեղ տարածված է այն տեսակետը, որ պատմական կենտրոնը պետք է լինի Թավրիզը կամ Սպահանը, ոչ թե Բաքուն։ Մինչդեռ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները փորձում են ձևավորել այն պատկերացումը, թե ներկայիս Ադրբեջանը պատմական մեծ կայսրության իրավահաջորդն է։

Նահապետյանի համոզմամբ՝ այս ծրագրի շահառուների թվում կան նաև արտաքին դերակատարներ, որոնք տարածաշրջանում սեփական ռազմավարական նպատակներն են հետապնդում։ Նրա կարծիքով՝ եթե Իրանը թուլանար արտաքին ճնշումների կամ ռազմական գործողությունների հետևանքով, Ադրբեջանը կարող էր փորձել ընդլայնել իր ազդեցությունը նաև Իրանի հյուսիսային շրջանների ուղղությամբ։

«Խոսքը միայն Հայաստանի մասին չէ։ Սա շատ ավելի մեծ աշխարհաքաղաքական նախագծի տարր է, որի շրջանակում Ադրբեջանը փորձում է պատմական, իրավական և քաղաքական հիմքեր ստեղծել իր հետագա հավակնությունների համար», — նշել է նա։

Նահապետյանի խոսքով՝ միջազգային հարթակներում ակտիվորեն շրջանառվող «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» թեման նպատակ ունի նախապատրաստել քարոզչական և իրավական հիմք, որպեսզի հետագայում հնարավոր գործողությունները ներկայացվեն ոչ թե որպես տարածքային հավակնություններ, այլ որպես «փախստականների վերադարձի» գործընթաց։

Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ վտանգը, իր գնահատմամբ, տեսական չէ, այլ գործնական բնույթ ունի, քանի որ Ադրբեջանը տարբեր միջազգային կառույցներում հետևողականորեն առաջ է մղում այդ օրակարգը։

Անդրադառնալով «Ոչ Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան» շարժման գործունեությանը՝ Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը նշել է, որ միջազգային կառույցներից մեծ արձագանքներ չեն ակնկալել, սակայն իրենց հիմնական նպատակը եղել է թեման հանրային և քաղաքական օրակարգ բերելը։
