«168 ժամ». Հաճելի է, որ Իրանը պահպանում է քաղաքական կոռեկտությունը և Հայաստանին է վերագրում որոշում կայցնելու իրավունքը

Ներկայացնում ենք թերթի առաջնորդողից մի հատված.
«Թեհրանն ու Թբիլիսին բանակցություններ են վարում 200 մլն խմ իրանական գազը Վրաստան մատակարարելու վերաբերյալ։ Այդ մասին երեկ հայտարարել է Իրանի գազի արտահանման ազգային ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ալիռեզա Քամելին։
Ուշագրավ է, սակայն, Քամելիի՝ այս համատեքստում արված մեկ այլ հայտարարություն։ «Վրաստանը դեռ պետք է թույլտվություն ստանա Հայաստանից՝ հարևան երկրի տարածքով գազի տարանցման համար»,– ասել է իրանական պաշտոնյան։ Զուտ տեխնիկական իմաստով այս հայտարարության մեջ որևէ արտառոց երևույթ չկա, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ խոսքը երրորդ երկրի տարածքով երկու երկրների միջև էներգակիրների մատակարարման մասին է։ Բայց առաջին հայացքից՝ տեխնիկական լինելով՝ այս հայտարարությունն իրականում ցույց է տալիս Հայաստանի քաղաքական կշիռը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ դրա բացակայությունն աշխարհում և տարածաշրջանում կատարվող գործընթացներում։
Իրանական պաշտոնյան զուտ քաղաքական կոռեկտություն է ցուցաբերել՝ հայտարարելով, թե Վրաստանը «պետք է թույլտվություն ստանա Հայաստանից», քանի որ, ինչպես բոլորը, այնպես էլ Իրանի իշխանությունները շատ լավ գիտեն, որ Հայաստանի տարածքով գազ տարանցելու համար որևէ երկրի, այդ թվում՝ Վրաստանի իշխանությունները պետք է թույլտվություն ստանան ոչ թե՝ Հայաստանից, այլ՝ Ռուսաստանից, քանի որ Հայաստանում էներգակիրների հետ կապված գրեթե ամեն ինչ, այդ թվում՝ գազամատակարարման համակարգն ամբողջությամբ, ու Իրան-Հայաստան գազամուղը՝ ամբողջ երկայնքով, պատկանում է ռուսական «Գազպրոմին»։ Ընդ որում, «Գազպրոմին» է պատկանում ոչ միայն գազամատակարարման համակարգը ֆիզիկապես, այլ նաև իրավունքը՝ որոշել, թե ումից և ինչ պայմաններով կարող է Հայաստանը գազ գնել առաջիկա մի քանի տասնամյակների ընթացքում։ Ու այդ պատկանելությունն ամրագրված է Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի կողմից ընդունված ամենաստորացուցիչ օրենքով։ Եվ պատահական չէ, որ արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ Վրաստանի, Իրանի ու Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները բանակցություններ են վարում իրանական գազի՝ Վրաստան արտահանման, հետագայում՝ բացառված չէ, տարանցման հարցի շուրջ։ Այդ բանակցություններում Հայաստանը որևէ կերպ ներգրավված չէ։ Քանի որ, ինչպես՛ գրեթե ամեն ինչ, այնպես էլ՝ իր տարածքում ու տարածքով որևէ գործողություն կատարելու իրավունքը զիջել է Ռուսաստանին։ Ամեն դեպքում, հաճելի է, որ մեր իրանական բարեկամները պահպանում են գոնե քաղաքական կոռեկտությունը՝ անգամ այդպես ցույց տալով, թե ինչպես են վարվում իրական, և ոչ թե՝ «ռազմավարական» բարեկամ երկրները»,–գրում է թերթը։
