«Բեսպրեդել». գյուղապետը պնդում է՝ իր դեմ «աբիժնիկներն» են բողոքել

Past.am-ին են դիմել Զովունի համայնքի քաղաքացիներ՝ բողոքելով իրենց համայնքի գյուղապետ Սերժիկ Ավետիսյանից: Նրանց պնդմամբ՝ վերջերս գյուղապետը վերացրել է իրենց գյուղի բոլոր շներին, ավելին, նրա թիրախում են հայտնվել ոչ միայն թափառող, այլև սեփական շենքերի բակերում բնակվող շները: Համայնքի բնակիչների խոսքով՝ շներին «վերացնելուն» զուգընթաց, համայնքը գտնվում է վատ վիճակում. հարևան համայնքներում ջրամատակարարումը շուրջօրյա է, իսկ իրենց մոտ ջրամատակարարումը տևում է ընդամենը երկու ժամ: Բացի այդ, ըստ ահազանգողների, Զովունիում ճանապարհները ոչ բարվոք վիճակում են:
«Անցյալ տարի գնացինք գյուղապետարան, բողոքեցինք, թե ճանապարհները կոմունիստների ժամանակից ասֆալտ չեն տեսել, թուղթ ցույց տվեցին, որ իբր տարվա մեջ երկու անգամ ասֆալտ են փռել: Հասկացանք, որ ասֆալտի գումարը դուրս է գրում, բայց ասֆալտ չի անում: Նա լրիվ «բեսպրեդել» է, ոնց ուզում, անում է: Հարց ենք ունենում, իրեն դիմում ենք, չի բարեհաճում նույնիսկ հետներս խոսել: Սպառնում է, որ իր բարեկամը Սահմանադրական դատարանում է աշխատում և իրեն ամեն ինչ կարելի է, մենք էլ պիտի հաշտվենք այդ մտքի հետ»,- մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Զովունի բնակիչներից մեկը:
Մեզ հետ զրույցում գյուղապետ Սերժիկ Ավետիսյանը հաստատեց տեղեկությունը, որ վերացրել է գյուղի շներին՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ դա արվել է բնակիչների բողոքի հիման վրա: Մեր այն հարցին, թե արդյոք բնակիչները գրավոր դիմում են գրել նման «խնդրանքով»՝ գյուղապետն արձագանքեց, թե գրավոր դիմումներ չի ստացել: «Շներին սրսկել են, հետո ինչ-որ կազմակերպություն՝ «Յունիգրաֆը», հավաքել, բոլորին տարել է»,- պարզաբանեց Ավետիսյանը՝ շեշտելով, որ թեև գրավոր բողոք չկար, բայց մարդիկ բանավոր միշտ բողոքել են շներից:
Նա մեկնաբանեց նաև համայնքում ոչ բարվոք ճանապարհների վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքները՝ նշելով, թե տարածքը մեծ է, ամեն մի հողամասի դիմաց անհնար է ասֆալտապատել: «էտ ասողներն աբիժնիկ են, համայնքի բյուջեից անտեղյակ են, ես ամեն ինչ կոպեկ առ կոպեկ հավաքում եմ, որ բարեկարգեմ, պետությունից գումար չի գալիս, իսկ լրիվ բարեկարգման համար փող չի հերիքում»,- ասաց գյուղապետը:
Ավետիսյանը չհամաձայնեց նաև ջրամատակարման վերաբերյալ դժգոհություններին՝ նշելով, թե «ջրամատակարան վիճակն արտակարգ է»:
