ng.ru-ն «Փաշինյանը արագացման ուղի է ընտրել. «Թրամփի ճանապարհն» ընկել է Իրանի գերության մեջ» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները մեծացնում են առևտուրը և պատրաստվում են երկկողմ համագործակցությունը բարձրացնել նոր մակարդակի։ Այդ նպատակով Երևանը համաձայնության է եկել Վաշինգտոնի հետ՝ արագացնելու «Թրամփի ուղին միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման համար» (TRIPP) նախագծի աշխատանքները, ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

ng.ru-ի հետ զրուցած փորձագետները կարծում են, որ վարչապետի՝ TRIPP-ի մասին հայտարարությունները նրա՝ որպես «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության առաջնորդի նախընտրական քարոզարշավի մասն են կազմում։

«Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ TRIPP-ի մասին խոսելն անիմաստ է, քանի որ ամբողջ նախագիծը կապված է Փաշինյանի կառավարության հետ։ Եթե ներկայիս ընդդիմությունը գա իշխանության, այն չի իրականացնի։ Թե ինչ կլինի ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի և նրա բոլոր նախաձեռնությունների հետ, նույնպես մեծ հարց է։ Այդ առումով այս պահին սա զուտ քարոզչություն է։ «Թրամփի ճանապարհի» մասին խոսելով՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում են «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» մասին ադրբեջանական հռետորաբանությունը տեղափոխել ավելի կառուցողական ուղղությամբ։ Փաշինյանը նաև ցանկանում է օգտագործել TRIPP-ը՝ Բաքվին արված բոլոր զիջումները որպես խաղաղության և բարգավաճման ուղի ներկայացնելու համար», կարծում է Կովկասի ինստիտուտի գիտաշխատող Հրանտ Միքայել յանը։

«Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը ընտրություններից առաջ, պատասխանել ընդդիմության քննադատությանը և հանրությանը ցույց տալ, որ ինքը չի սխալվել, և որ իր կողմից որպես Հայաստանի գոյության երաշխիք ներկայացված նախագիծը չի ձախողվել։ Մյուս կողմից՝ սա ազդանշան է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի համար, որ, չնայած տարածաշրջանում փոփոխված իրավիճակին, նրա պնդած նախագիծը շարունակվում է», - հավելել է քաղաքագետ Կարեն Իգիթյանը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, փորձագետները կասկածում են, որ շինարարական աշխատանքները կարող են սկսվել ԱՄՆ-ի և Իրանի միջև պատերազմի պայմաններում։ Անգամ նման նախագծի համար ներդրող գտնելը դժվար կլինի։ «Ընդամենը երկու ամիս առաջ ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Ջ. Դ. Վենսը հայտարարել էր, որ ամերիկացիները ներդրողներ են փնտրում նախագծի համար, սակայն այս պահին դրանք չկան», - նշել է Իգիթյանը։ Միքայել յանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ պատերազմից առաջ էլ Իրանը խառը զգացմունքներ ուներ իր սահմանի մոտ ամերիկյան ճանապարհի կառուցման վերաբերյալ, իսկ հիմա դա նրան ընդհանրապես դուր չի գալիս։ Ի վերջո, Իրանն արդեն ապացուցել է իր կարողությունը ոչնչացնելու օտարերկրյա ենթակառուցվածքները նույնիսկ շատ ավելի դժվար պայմաններում, եզրափակել է փորձագետը։
