International Journal of Public Health ամսագրում հրապարակված նոր հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ գինու չափավոր օգտագործումը կարող է կապված լինել տղամարդկանց կենսաբանական ծերացման դանդաղեցման հետ:
Աշխատանքը հիմնված է իտալական խոշոր՝ Moli-sani նախագծի տվյալների վրա, որին մասնակցել է ավելի քան 20 հազար մարդ: Գիտնականները վերլուծել են ոչ թե պարզապես անձնագրային տարիքը, այլ, այսպես կոչված, կենսաբանական տարիքը. ցուցանիշ, որն արտացոլում է օրգանիզմի վիճակը բջիջների, հյուսվածքների և համակարգերի մակարդակով: Այն հաշվարկվել է արհեստական բանականության օգնությամբ՝ տասնյակ բիոմարկերների հիման վրա, ներառյալ հորմոնները, լիպիդները և բորբոքային ցուցանիշները:
Արդյունքները ցույց են տվել, որ չափավոր քանակությամբ գինի օգտագործող տղամարդկանց (օրական մոտ մեկ-երկու բաժակ) կենսաբանական տարիքը միջինում ավելի ցածր է եղել, քան ընդհանրապես չխմողներինը: Առավել ակնառու ազդեցություն նկատվել է օրական մոտ 150–200 մլ գինի օգտագործելու դեպքում. այդ պարագայում տարբերությունը կարող էր կազմել մի քանի ամսվա «երիտասարդացում»:
Միևնույն ժամանակ հետազոտությունը բացահայտել է բնորոշ U-աձև կախվածություն. ինչպես չափազանց քիչ, այնպես էլ չափից շատ գինի օգտագործելը դրական ազդեցություն չեն ունեցել, իսկ ալկոհոլի չարաշահումը, ընդհակառակը, զուգորդվել է արագացված ծերացման հետ:
Հետաքրքիր է, որ կանանց դեպքում նմանատիպ կապ չի հայտնաբերվել: Սակայն սեռերի միջև վիճակագրորեն նշանակալի տարբերություն խիստ իմաստով ապացուցել չի հաջողվել, ուստի գիտնականները կոչ են անում զգուշորեն մեկնաբանել այս արդյունքները:
Առանձնահատուկ ընդգծվում է, որ դրական ազդեցությունը կապված է ոչ թե հենց ալկոհոլի, այլ, հավանաբար, հատկապես գինու մեջ պարունակվող նյութերի՝ առաջին հերթին պոլիֆենոլների հետ, որոնք հայտնի են իրենց հակաբորբոքային և հակաօքսիդանտ հատկություններով: Ընդ որում, էթանոլի ընդհանուր օգտագործումը (ներառյալ այլ ալկոհոլային խմիչքները) ծերացման դանդաղեցման հետ նմանատիպ կապ չի դրսևորել:
Հեղինակները շեշտում են, որ հետազոտությունը դիտողական բնույթ ունի և չի ապացուցում պատճառահետևանքային կապը: Բացի այդ, չափավոր խմող մասնակիցներն առհասարակ ավելի հաճախ են վարել առողջ ապրելակերպ. եղել են ֆիզիկապես ավելի ակտիվ, ունեցել են նորմալ քաշ և ավելի քիչ քրոնիկ հիվանդություններ, ինչը նույնպես կարող էր ազդել արդյունքների վրա, թեև այդ գործոնները հաշվի են առնվել վերլուծության ժամանակ:
Ի վերջո, հետազոտությունն ավելացնում է փաստարկներ այն օգտին, որ կարևոր է ոչ միայն ալկոհոլի քանակը, այլև դրա տեսակը և ընդհանուր ապրելակերպը: Սակայն գիտնականներն ընդգծում են հետագա երկարաժամկետ հետազոտությունների անհրաժեշտությունը՝ նախքան ծերացման գործընթացների վրա գինու ազդեցության մասին վերջնական եզրակացություններ անելը:
