Իրանից սննդամթերքի արտահանման սահմանափակումները կարող են որոշակի ազդեցություն ունենալ Հայաստանի շուկայի վրա՝ հատկապես առանձին ապրանքների գների տեսանկյունից։ Մասնագետների գնահատմամբ՝ թեև պարենային կախվածությունը Իրանից մեծ չէ, այնուամենայնիվ կան ապրանքներ, որոնց ներկրումը կարևոր դեր ունի շուկայի կայունության պահպանման համար։

Տնտեսագետ Սուրեն Պարսյանը  MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում նշում է, որ Իրանը Հայաստանի համար երկար տարիներ եղել է ռազմավարական գործընկեր ոչ միայն առևտրի, այլ նաև հաղորդակցության տեսանկյունից։

«Իրանը մեզ համար ռազմավարական գործընկեր է եղել ոչ միայն այս կամ այն ապրանքի ներմուծման կամ արտահանման տեսանկյունից, այլ նաև առաջին հերթին այն պատճառով, որ սա մեր այլընտրանքային ճանապարհն է, կապը արտաքին աշխարհի հետ։ Վրաստանից հետո մենք ունենք երկրորդ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը, որն այս պահին փակ է, և Հայաստանը արտաքին աշխարհի հետ հիմա առնչվում է միայն Վրաստանով, ինչը անշուշտ լրացուցիչ ռիսկեր և ծախսեր է ստեղծում»,- ասաց Պարսյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ պարենային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից կախվածությունը Իրանից այդքան էլ մեծ չէ, որոշ ապրանքներ, այնուամենայնիվ, հենց Իրանից են ներմուծվում՝ սեզոնային պայմանավորվածությամբ։

«Վերջին շրջանում իրավիճակը փոխվել է։ Պարենային մասով Իրանից մեծ կախվածություն չունենք, բայց, օրինակ, սեզոնով պայմանավորված՝ ներկրում ենք տարբեր մրգեր և բանջարեղեն, հաշվի առնելով, որ գարնան և ձմռան ամիսներին այդ գյուղմթերքը մեզ մոտ կա՛մ չի արտադրվում, կա՛մ վաճառվում է շատ թանկ գնով։ Եթե այս շրջափակումը և պատերազմը երկար շարունակվի, այդ մթերքները կարող են թանկանալ նաև մեզ մոտ»,- նշեց տնտեսագետը։

Մասնագետի խոսքով՝ նման իրավիճակում Հայաստանը պետք է փորձի դիվերսիֆիկացնել ներմուծման ուղղությունները։

«Հայաստանը պետք է փորձի ներմուծման տարբերակներ գտնել Վրաստանից, Թուրքիայից, Ռուսաստանից և այլ ուղղություններից, ինչը թույլ կտա որոշ չափով մեղմել գնաճը։ Այո, որոշակի գնաճ կարող է լինել, բայց պետք է փորձենք մեղմել իրավիճակը»,- նշեց Պարսյանը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչները նշում են, որ որոշակի կախվածություն կա հատկապես կաթնամթերքի հումքի հարցում։

«Մենք Իրանից ներկրում ենք կաթի սերուցք, կաթի փոշի, նույնիսկ կարագ։ Մեր կաթի արտադրության ծավալները անկանոն են․ ամռանը շատ կաթ ենք արտադրում, իսկ ձմռանը՝ շատ քիչ։ Բայց, բնականաբար, բնակչությանը կաթնամթերք է անհրաժեշտ, և այդ հումքի խնդիրը հաճախ լուծում ենք Իրանից ներմուծումների միջոցով։ Եթե այդ հումքը երկար ժամանակ պակասի, դա կարող է իր ազդեցությունը թողնել կաթնամթերքի գների վրա»,- նկատեց Պարսյանը։

«Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահ Բաբկեն Պիպոյանը ևս նշում է, որ սպառողները կարող են զգալ որոշ ապրանքների գների փոփոխություն։

«Իհարկե, սպառողները զգալու են փոփոխությունը։ Իրանական հումքը մեծ ազդեցություն ունի հատկապես բարձր յուղայնություն ունեցող կաթնամթերքի տեսականու վրա և բնականաբար երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով դա կունենա իր ազդեցությունը գների վրա»,- ասաց Պիպոյանը։

Հարցին, թե ստեղծված իրավիճակում հնարավո՞ր են անհիմն թանկացումներ, Պիպոյանը պատասխանեց.

«Միանշանակ կա ռիսկ, որ որոշ գործարարներ կարող են փորձել օգտվել իրավիճակից և անհիմն թանկացումներ անել։ Բայց դրա համար կա պետական կառույց, և հույս ունենք, որ համապատասխան վերահսկողություն կիրականացվի»։
