Վերջին օրերին քաղաքացիներից տարբեր ահազանգեր ենք ստանում, որ ինչ-որ մարդիկ կոտրում են իրենց սոցիալական ցանցերի օգտահաշիվներն ու փորձում են գումար կորզել մարդկանցից։ Դեպքեր էլ կան, երբ իրենց անուն-ազգանուններով ու նկարներով կեղծ էջեր են բացում ու կրկին ծանոթ և անծանոթ մարդկանցից գումար խնդրում։
Խնդրին բախված քաղաքացիներից մեկը MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում պատմել է, թե ինչպես են կոտրել իր Viber-ի հաշիվը և գումար ուզել իր հարազատից։
«Տեսա, որ իմ անուն-ազգանունով Viber կա բացած, ինչքան փորձեցի էդ համարով զանգել, չպատասխանեցին, ժամեր անց իմացա, որ եղբորս են գրել, ինքն էլ տեսել ա, որ իմ անուն-ազգանունն ա, նկարս ա, էլ չի պատկերացրել, որ կարա խաբեություն լինի. 30 հազար դրամ փոխանցել ա»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Մեկ այլ քաղաքացի էլ պատմեց, որ նամակ է ստացել, որում եղել է ակտիվացման կոդ և հղում, բարեբախտաբար, հղումը չի բացել ու խաբեության զոհ չի դարձել։
Մեդիափորձագետ Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ սովորաբար, ի տարբերություն մյուս խարդախությունների, սրանք հաճախ հենց Հայաստանի ներսից են արվում, հատկապես ազատազրկման վայրերից։
«Իհարկե, մեկ-մեկ լավ պատրաստված չեն լինում, մեկ-մեկ էլ լուրջ գործ են անում, օրինակ, մտնում են մարդու սոցիալական էջ, զննում ու տեսնում են՝ ինչ բարեկամ ունի, ու սկսում են էդ մարդու անունից գրել ու գումար ուզել»,- ներկայացրեց Սամվել Մարտիրոսյանը։
Մեդիափորձագետը հորդորում է՝ եթե գումարային խոսակցություն է, միշտ մեկ այլ հավելվածով գրել ու համոզվել, որ իսկապես այդ մարդն է գումար ուզում։
«Օրինակ, եթե ձեր ընկերը ձեզ Viber-ով է գրել, ապա Whatsapp-ով գրեք, ճշտեք՝ նա է, թե ոչ։ Կամ շատ ավելի պարզ բան կարելի է անել, ուղղակի զանգել այդ մարդուն և հարցնել՝ ի՞նքն է գումար խնդրել»,- եզրափակեց խոսքը մեդիափորձագետը։
Մենք նաև ՆԳՆ-ից փորձեցինք պարզել, թե ինչ քայլեր են արվում կիբերհանցագործությունները կանխելու ուղղությամբ։ ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը մեր հարցին ի պատասխան ասաց, որ կիբեռանվտանգության ոլորտում դեռ անելիքներ ունեն։
«Մենք դեռ հեռու ենք արդյունքները նույնիսկ բավարար գնահատելուց, հատկապես վերջին ժամանակահատվածում, երբ օտարերկրյա պետություններից որոշակի գործողություններ են կատարում, և շատ հաճախ մենք նույնականացման խնդիր ենք ունենում»,- ասաց Արփինե Սարգսյանը։
Իսկ մինչ ՆԳՆ-ն կսկսի գործուն քայլեր անել ու կանխել նման հանցագործությունները, մեդիափորձագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս չբացել անհասկանալի լինքերը, չպատասխանել անծանոթ համարներից եկած նամակներին, չհավատալ շահումների մասին եկած ծանուցումներին և գումարային հարցերում մի քանի աղբյուրով ճշտել՝ գումար ուզողն ով է։
