Թղթային «ինքնիշխանություն» ընդդեմ փաստացի վասալության, գրում է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը։

«TRIPP-ի մասին հրապարակված հայտարարությունը, որ Փաշինյանը փորձելու է թմբկահարել, որպես դիվանագիտական հաջողություն, իրականում աննախադեպ է։

Նախ, իրավական ուժ չունեցող, սակայն երկրի ճակատագիրը երկարատեւ առումով կանխորոշող փաստաթուղթն ինքնին գեոպոլիտիկ խաղամոլության՝ geopolitical gamble, դրսեւորում է։

Երկրորդը, այն ցավալիորեն հիշեցնում է ժամանակին առկա նմանատիպ նախագծերը՝ Պանամայի եւ Սուեզի ջրանցքներ, Սեւծովյան նեղուցներ եւ այլն։

Նշված երեք օրինակներն ապացուցում են մեկ ընդհանուր ճշմարտություն, որը փորձում է սվաղել Փաշինյանը՝ գեոպոլիտիկ նշանակության օբյեկտների ցանկացած իրավական եւ փաստացի արտապատվիրակում հարված է ինքնիշխանությանը։

Իսկ արժանապատվություն ունեցող պետությունները ոչ միայն նման նոր սխալներ չեն գործում, այլև ուղղում են նախկինները։

Երրորդը, Հայաստանի լոգիստիկ պոտենցիալի մսխումն ու վերածումը լոկ մեկ ուղղությամբ, մեկ ուժի կենտրոնի շահերի սպասարկման անվան ներքո թուրք-ադրբեջանական ռազմավարական գերակայությունների իրագործմանը ինքնին ծանր հարված է ինքնիշխանությանը։

Չորրորդը։ Հայտարարությունը փաստացի կիրառում է Ադրբեջանի հիմնական տարածքի և Նախիջևանի միջև անարգել կապի սկզբունքը՝ մինչ Հայաստանը ստանում է երկարաժամկետ և պայմանական «փոխադարձ օգուտների» խոստում։ Այսպիսով, Ադրբեջանն անմիջապես հասնում է իր ռազմավարական նպատակին, մինչդեռ Հայաստանի օգուտները կախված են ապագա «բարեփոխումներից» և Ադրբեջանի հետ երկկողմ հարաբերություններից։

Հինգերորդը։ Իրական ինքնիշխանությունը պահանջում է լոգիստիկ նախագծեր, որոնք զարգանում են ազգային շահերի պահպանմամբ և չեն վերածում պետությունը միջազգային տարանցիկ գոտու՝ կառավարվող փաստացի «օֆշորային» կորպորատիվ կառույցների կողմից։

Վեցերորդը։ Փաստաթղթում բարձրաձայնված «լիակատար ինքնիշխանության» դրույթները հակասում են սահմանված «առջևի-ետևի գրասենյակ» օպերատիվ մոդելին: Մինչ մաքսային և անվտանգության որոշումները մնալու են հայաստանյան մարմինների ձեռքում, ողջ օպերատիվ հոսքը, տվյալների հավաքումը և լոգիստիկան կվերահսկվեն օտարերկրյա կապիտալով ընկերության կողմից ընտրված մասնավոր օպերատորներով։ Սա ստեղծում է ինքնիշխանության ձևական և իրական բաղադրիչների տարաբաժանում՝ վտանգելով պետության գործունակությունը սեփական տարածքում։

Այդ հայտարարությանը առավել մանրամասն կանդրադառնամ հետագայում, այդ թվում՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանի ափալ-թափալ եւ փնթի ինքնաասուլիսին։

Մի բան ակնհայտ է՝ Նիկոլի իշխանության ամեն օր առավել ծանր է նստում Հայաստանի եւ հայ ժողովրդի ապագայի վրա»։
