Բժշկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Մուրադ Շախմարդանովը բացատրել է, թե ինչպես նվազեցնել նոր շտամով վարակվելու ռիսկը: Շատ բան կախված կլինի ամենօրյա սովորություններից:
Թռչնի գրիպը մնում է ամենավտանգավորներից մեկը:
Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով՝ H5N1 շտամների մահացության մակարդակը հաստատված դեպքերի շրջանում կազմում է ավելի քան 50%, ինչը հարյուրավոր անգամ ավելի բարձր է, քան սեզոնային գրիպին: Հիվանդությունը ազդում է ստորին շնչառական ուղիների վրա՝ առաջացնելով վիրուսային թոքաբորբ, սուր շնչառական անբավարարություն և կարող է հանգեցնել բազմակի օրգանների դիսֆունկցիայի:
Ամենակարևորը, վիրուսը ներկայումս գործնականում չի փոխանցվում մարդուց մարդ: Վարակը գրեթե միշտ տեղի է ունենում հիվանդ թռչունների կամ այլ միջավայրերի հետ անմիջական շփման միջոցով, որտեղ առկա է վիրուսը:

Պրոֆեսոր Շախմարդանովը «Գազետա.Ru»-ին տված մեկնաբանության մեջ բացատրել է, որ վիրուսը պահպանվում է վարակված թռչունների մսի և ձվերի մեջ: Սակայն այն ամբողջությամբ ոչնչացվում է տաքացնելով:
Վիրուսը ոչնչանում է 70°C ջերմաստիճանում, ուստի հավը պետք է եփվի առնվազն 30 րոպե 100°C ջերմաստիճանում: Ձվերը պետք է լինեն պինդ եփած:
«Հաշվի առնելով վայրի թռչունների շրջանում բռնկումների մասին լուրերը, խուճապի մատնվելու կարիք չկա, բայց պետք է ձեռնարկել խելամիտ նախազգուշական միջոցներ», - եզրափակեց բժիշկը։
Ինչո՞ւ չպետք է ձուն եփել բանջարեղենի հետ նույն կաթսայի մեջ։
Ժամանակ խնայելու համար շատ խոհարարներ ձուն նույն կաթսայի մեջ են նետում կարտոֆիլի կամ գազարի հետ։ Սա անընդունելի է։ Ձվերը կարող են աղտոտվել ոչ միայն վիրուսներով, այլև սննդային թունավորում առաջացնող մանրէներով։ Աղի, բանջարեղենի կամ նոր բաղադրիչների ավելացման դեպքում կաթսայի ջերմաստիճանը նվազում է, ինչը նշանակում է, որ խաչաձև աղտոտման ռիսկը մնում է։
Համը նույնպես տուժում է։ Ձվի ծակոտկեն բնույթի պատճառով այն կլանում է օտար հոտերն ու համերը։
