Բաժանումից հետո շատ աղջիկներ դեպրեսսիայի մեջ են ընկնում: Սկսում են տխուր երաժշտություն լսել, հիշել սիրելիի հետ անցած լավ պահերն ու լաց լինել բարձին:Սակայն չպետք է մոռանալ, որ կյանքը շարունակվում է եւ պետք է առաջ նայել: Ներկայացնում ենք մի քանի քայլեր, որոնք կօգնեն դիմանալ բաժմանումին: Ոչ մի դեպքում չպետք է տանը միայնակ մնալ:
