Ուկրաինան նոր պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանել«Ռոսնեֆտի», «Լուկոյլի», ինչպես նաև այն ռուսաստանցիների նկատմամբ, որոնք «դրոններով կազմակերպում են ուկրաինացիների համակարգային ոչնչացումը», հայտարարել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, հայտնում է РБК-Украина-ն։

«Շարունակում ենք պատժամիջոցային աշխատանքը, այսօր կա երկու նոր որոշում։ Ուկրաինան համաժամանակացրել է պատժամիջոցները Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ և սահմանափակումներ է կիրառել «Ռոսնեֆտի», նրա ձեռնարկությունների, ինչպես նաև «Լուկոյլ» խմբի մեջ մտնող ընկերությունների նկատմամբ», – նշել է Զելենսկին։

Ըստ նրա, այս ընկերությունների դեմ սահմանված պատժամիջոցները արդեն զգալիորեն զրկում են ռուսաստանյան «պատերազմի մեքենան» ֆինանսներից, և դա պետք է շարունակել։

«Բացի այդ, Ուկրաինան պատժամիջոցներ է սահմանում ռուսաստանցի մարդասպանների նկատմամբ, որոնք կազմակերպում են ուկրաինացիների համակարգային ոչնչացումը դրոններով», – հավելել է նախագահը։

Զելենսկին ընդգծել է նաև, որ տարվա ավարտին սահմանել է պատժամիջոցային քաղաքականության հիմնական առաջնահերթությունները․ պատժամիջոցների հետագա համաժամանակացում գործընկերների հետ, ԵՄ-ի 20-րդ պատժամիջոցային փաթեթի նախապատրաստում, սահմանափակումների ուժեղացում «ստվերային նավատորմի», ռուսաստանյան ռազմական արտադրության, համագործակցողների և քարոզիչների դեմ։

Ուկրաինայի նախագահի կայքում նշել են, որ Զելենսկին ստորագրել է երկու հրամանագիր, որոնցով ուժի մեջ է մտել Ազգային անվտանգության և պաշտպանության խորհրդի որոշումը։ Դրանք վերաբերում են պատժամիջոցների համաժամանակացմանը ԱՄՆ-ի հետ և սահմանափակումների կիրառմանը այն ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք կապված են ռուսաստանյան տարբեր տեսակի դրոնների արտադրության և շահագործման հետ։

Այսպես, ԱՄՆ-ի հետ համաժամանակացված փաթեթի շրջանակում Ուկրաինան պատժամիջոցներ է կիրառել Ռուսաստանի էներգետիկ ոլորտի հետ կապված 26 իրավաբանական անձանց նկատմամբ։

Երկրորդ հրամանագրով սահմանվել են պատժամիջոցներ 36 ֆիզիկական և 13 իրավաբանական անձանց նկատմամբ, որոնք առնչվում են ռուսաստանյան դրոնների արտադրությանը, ուսուցմանը և շահագործմանը։

Պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվել նաև այն ռուսաստանյան ընկերությունների նկատմամբ, որոնք ներգրավված են հետախուզական և հարվածային ԱԹՍ-ների, FPV-դրոնների և անօդաչու ավիացիոն համալիրների մշակման ու արտադրության մեջ։
