Հունգարիայի վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանի կարծիքով, պատերազմի ավարտից հետո Ուկրաինան պետք է շարունակի գոյություն ունենալ որպես «բուֆերային պետություն» Ռուսաստանի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջև։

«Միակ հնարավոր երկարաժամկետ լուծումն այն է, որ պատերազմից հետո ստեղծված կարգը հիմնված լինի այն հիմնարար սկզբունքի վրա, որ Ուկրաինան կրկին կդառնա այն բուֆերային պետությունը, որը նախկինում է եղել», - ասել է նա գերմանական Welt am Sonntag (WamS) թերթին տված հարցազրույցում։

Միաժամանակ, Օրբանը անխուսափելի է համարում ՌԴ-ի կողմից հարձակման ենթարկված Ուկրաինայի տարածքային զիջումները։

«Ռուսաստանը կպահպանի այն տարածքը, որը կհամաձայնեցվի միջազգային խաղաղության կոնֆերանսի ժամանակ, իսկ այս գծից արևմուտք գտնվող ամեն ինչ՝ մինչև ՆԱՏՕ-ի արևելյան սահմանը, կձևավորի ուկրաինական պետության տարածքը, որը կրկին կգոյատևի որպես բուֆերային պետություն», – ասել է վարչապետը։

Ըստ նրա կարծիքի, ՆԱՏՕ-ն և Ռուսաստանը նույնպես պետք է պայմանավորվեն «բուֆերային գոտում գործելու թույլտվություն ունեցող սահմանափակ ուկրաինական զինված ուժերի թվաքանակի և սարքավորումների մասին» և երկու կողմերը պետք է «երաշխիքներ տան, որ ոչ ոք այդ բուֆերային պետությունը չի ենթարկի իր իշխանությանը»։ Օրբանը նշել է, որ այս ամենը քննարկման առարկա է։

«Միջազգային իրավունքը գիտի այն գործիքները, որոնց միջոցով կարելի է ստեղծել երաշխիքների նման համակարգ», - նշել է նա։

Հարցազրույցում Հունգարիայի կառավարության ղեկավարը կոչ արեց «հրաժարվել պատրանքներից և առերեսվել իրականության հետ», ինչպես արտացոլված է ԱՄՆ 28 կետանոց խաղաղության ծրագրում։

«Նախևառաջ, ժամանակը Ռուսաստանի կողմն է, այլ ոչ թե Ուկրաինայի, սա նշանակում է, որ որքան երկար է խաղաղությունը հետաձգվում, այնքան շատ մարդիկ և տարածքներ կկորցնի Ուկրաինան», - ասել է Օրբանը։

Երկրորդ, ըստ նրա, Ռուսաստանը կվերաինտեգրվի համաշխարհային տնտեսությանը՝ համաձայն ամերիկյան պահանջների։

«Պատժամիջոցները աստիճանաբար կհանվեն, սառեցված ակտիվները կօգտագործվեն ԱՄՆ-Ռուսաստան ներդրումային ֆոնդեր ստեղծելու համար և բիզնեսը կվերսկսվի», - նշել է նա։

Որպես երրորդ կետ, վարչապետը հավելել է. «Այն հեքիաթը, թե եվրոպացիները Ռուսաստանից ստացվող գումարներով են ֆինանսավորելու պատերազմը, ավարտվեց։ Մենք պետք է խոստովանենք մեր քաղաքացիներին, որ այն յուրաքանչյուր եվրոն, որ մենք ծախսել ենք մինչ այժմ և յուրաքանչյուր եվրոն, որը մենք կծախսենք ապագայում Ուկրաինային աջակցելու համար, ամբողջությամբ, 100 տոկոսով, վճարվելու է եվրոպացիների կողմից», – փոխանցում է «Գերմանական ալիքը» («Deutsche Welle»-ը)։

Օրբանը նոյեմբերի 28-ին Կրեմլում բանակցություններ է վարել Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ։ Սա Հունգարիայի վարչապետի երկրորդ այցն է Մոսկվա՝ 2024 թվականից ի վեր։ Բուդապեշտը պաշտոնապես քննարկել է գալիք տարվա համար ռուսական էժան էներգակիրների մատակարարման հարցը։ Ավելին, Օրբանը կրկին հրավիրել է Պուտինին մասնակցելու Բուդապեշտում կայանալիք Ուկրաինայի հարցով խաղաղության բանակցություններին։
