ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանն այսօր ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեսպանության գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Բահրամ Թահերիին։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ Բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ Մկրտիչ Այվազյանը։

Ողջունելով հյուրին՝ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը կարևորել է Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև ձևավորված բարեկամական և գործընկերային հարաբերությունները՝ ընդգծելով դրանց շարունակական և արդյունավետ զարգացումը կրթության, գիտության և մշակույթի ոլորտներում։ Նախարարի տեղակալը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել 2025 թվականի սեպտեմբերին Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետություն կատարած պաշտոնական այցի ընթացքում ցուցաբերած ընդունելության և կազմակերպչական աշխատանքի համար։

Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով՝ այցի ընթացքում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումներն ու ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածություններն էական խթան են լինելու երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդների միջև կրթամշակութային համագործակցության խորացման և ընդլայնման համար։ Նա հավելել է, որ Իրանում ստորագրված փոխհամագործակցության հուշագրերը կծառայեն որպես ամուր հիմքեր՝ համատեղ կրթական, գիտական և մշակութային նոր նախաձեռնությունների կյանքի կոչման համար։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև Հայաստանի և Իրանի բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների դիպլոմների փոխադարձ ճանաչման գործընթացին, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի բուհերում սովորող իրանցի ուսանողների և շրջանավարտներին առնչվող հարցեր։ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը ներկայացրել է «Բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության մասին» նոր օրենքի դրույթները, որոնք ընդլայնում են օտար լեզվով կրթական ծրագրեր իրականացնելու և օտարերկրացի ուսանողների ներգրավման հնարավորությունները։

Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության դեսպանության գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Բահրամ Թահերին իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության և արդյունավետ երկխոսության համար։ Նա նշել է, որ վերջին երկու-երեք տարիների ընթացքում նկատելի առաջընթաց է արձանագրվել երկու երկրների համագործակցության ոլորտներում՝ հատկապես մշակույթի, կրթության և գիտության ուղղություններով։ Թահերիի խոսքով՝ մշակույթի ոլորտում փոխգործակցությունը կարող է ծառայել որպես խթան՝ մյուս ոլորտներում ևս համագործակցության ընդլայնման համար։ Իրանական կողմը նաև հետաքրքրվել է ՀՀ կառավարության «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» ծրագրով ՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով քննարկելու ծրագրի շրջանակում համագործակցության հնարավորությունները։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում կողմերն անդրադարձել են նաև մի շարք ընթացիկ և ապագա նախաձեռնությունների, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի հնարավոր մասնակցությանը «Ֆաջր» միջազգային կինոփառատոնին, Հայաստանի ազգային գրադարանում իրանական անկյան հիմնման հնարավորությանը և այլ հարցերի։
