Արման Թաթոյանը՝ Երևան եկած ադրբեջանցի «փորձագետների» մասին

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների նախկին պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը Բաքվի հայատյաց քարոզիչներին Հայաստան հրավիրելու փաստին է անդրադարձել․
«Բաքվի հայատյաց քարոզիչներին Հայաստանում ընդունել են՝ որպես «խաղաղության աղավնիների»։ Փաստացի, երեկ Երևանում Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի մակարդակով ընդունել են Ադրբեջանի «քաղհասարակության» ներկայացուցիչների, որոնք ադրբեջանական պետական իշխանության մաս են ու հայերի նկատմամբ՝ խոշտանգումների գործիք։
Որպես գործընթացներին հետևող մասնագետ՝ միանգամից աչք ծակեց դեպի Հայաստան արցախցիների կյանքի ճանապարհը փակած ադրբեջանցի «էկոակտիվիստ» Դիլարա Էֆենդիևայի ներկայությունը:
Նա ներկայանում է Ադրբեջանում կանանց իրավունքների պաշտպան, բայց 2022թ. Արցախի շրջափակման ժամանակ թույլ չէր տալիս անգամ շտապօգնության մեքենայի ելքը դեպի Հայաստան։
Իրավունքի և արդարության կենտրոն «Թաթոյան» հիմնադրամը դեռ 2023 թ. փետրվարին էր հրապարակել զեկույց՝ մեկ առ մեկ նույնականացնելով շրջափակման հարյուրավոր մասնակիցներին և ապացուցել, որ այդ «էկոակտիվիստները» չունեն շրջակա միջավայրի հետ որևէ առնչություն: Մենք անգամ ապացույցներով հաստատել էինք, որ «էկոակտիվիստների» ֆինանսավորումն ուղիղ ադրբեջանական իշխանության կողմից է:
Շատ լավ հիշում եմ, որ նրանք ակտիվ տարածում էին ոճրագործ Ռամիլ Սաֆարովի նկարը ու ոգեշնչվում դրանից, օրինակ էին իրար բերում: Նրանք ունեին ադրբեջանական իշխանության կողմից իրենց առջև դրված հստակ խնդիր` ստեղծել շղարշ, թե իբր էկոակտիվիստ են, իսկ իրականում Արցախի հայերին մատնել սովի ու տառապանքների` 9 ամիս շարունակ կտրել գազից, էլեկտրաէներգիայից, դեղերից ու բժշկական օգնությունից և սննդից: Այդ ընթացքում ադրբեջանական իշխանությունն անցել էր գործի` սպառնում ու ատելություն էր տարածում հայերի նկատմամբ, կատարում սպանություններ:
Այսպիսի կեղծ փորձագիտական հավաքներով ՀՀ իշխանությունները փորձում են պատրանք ստեղծել, թե վերջնական խաղաղությունն արդեն հաստատված իրողություն է՝ անտեսելով այն փաստը, որ Հայաստան ժամանած կազմն ամբողջությամբ Ադրբեջանի հայատյաց քաղաքականության պրոպագանդիստներ են։
