Իսկ ինչո՞ւ չկազմակերպել բանավեճը․ այս պրոցեսը հաստատ կօգնի հասարակությանը՝ 2026-ին փակել այս մղձավանջի փուլն ու գնալ առաջ, դեպի նոր էջ, դեպի վերականգնում․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Իսկ ինչո՞ւ չկազմակերպել բանավեճը։  Այս մասին գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը․

«Ակնհայտ է, որ Նիկոլը մինչև վերջ պնդելու է իր և նախկին նախագահների բանավեճի վրա՝ վստահ լինելով, որ այն չի կայանալու։ Ընտրություններին մոտ՝ ավելի ու ավելի բարձր ու ինտենսիվ է պնդելու։ Նախագահների բնական տեսակետը հայտնի է։ Բայց դա Նիկոլին չի կանգնեցնելու, որովհետև նրա խնդիրը բանավեճը չէ. նա շարունակելու է հայհոյախառը հրավերը՝ վստահ լինելով, որ այն չի կայանալու։ Սա ստանդարտ ճանապարհն է։ Բայց կա հարցի ոչ ստանդարտ լուծում. իսկ ո՞վ է ասել, որ դա չորսի թեման է, բա հասարակությո՞ւնը, բա ընտրո՞ղը։ Որևէ լրատվամիջոց, ՀԿ կամ քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնություն կարող է կազմակերպել Նիկոլի, Լ. Տեր-Պետրոսյանի, Ռ. Քոչարյանի, Ս. Սարգսյանի հեռակա բանավեճը՝ առանց նրանց մասնակցության։ Առանց վիրավորանքի, առանց ճվճվոցի, զուտ փաստերի վրա։   Ավելի կոնկրետ՝ սա պետք է լինի ոչ թե մարդկանց, այլ՝ նրանց պաշտոնավարման օրոք գրանցված արդյունքների, փաստերի բանավեճը։  

Կարելի է շատ հետաքրքիր ու շատ կարևոր նախագիծ անել. կլինի լավ «նախանախընտրական» պրոցես։ Ցույց տալ բոլոր հիմնական ոլորտներում արձանագրած արդյունքները։ Դա կարող է շատ հետաքրքիր լինել, և «նախկինների» դեմ այս իշխանությունների սանձազերծած «պայքարը» կարող է լրիվ այլ, անսպասելի շրջադարձի բերել։ Կարելի է լուրջ հանրային նախագիծ անել։ Ինչքա՞ն կարելի է ստի վրա իրականություն կառուցել։ Անվտանգություն, բանակցային գործընթաց, տնտեսական արդյունքներ, դատաիրավական համակարգ, քաղաքաշինություն, դեմոգրաֆիա, և այլն և այլն։ Հայաստանում կա 1.5 սերունդ, որը մինչև 2018-ի կյանքի մասին գիտի միայն լսելով, հաճախ՝ Նիկոլից լսելով։ Սա չի կարելի թույլ տալ։ Ավելին, այդ «բանավեճը» կարելի է հաջորդ փուլում շարունակել առանց Նիկոլ, և դա կլինի բնական ընթացք։

Ի վերջո, ջարդել է պետք «նախկին» հասկացությունը։ Լ. Տեր-Պետրոսյանը, Ռ. Քոչարյանը, Ս. Սարգսյանը լրիվ տարբեր մարդիկ են ու տարբեր գործիչներ, տարբեր հարցերում տարբեր արդյունքներ գրանցած։  Նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի փուլերում եղել են և´ լուրջ հաջողություններ, և´ բացթողումներ ու սխալներ։ Եվ չպետք է խուսափել դրանց մասին բաց խոսելուց։  Սա մեր ընդհանուր պատմությունն է, որից փախչել հնարավոր չէ։ Եվ այս պրոցեսը հաստատ կօգնի հասարակությանը՝ 2026-ին փակել այս մղձավանջի փուլն ու գնալ առաջ, դեպի նոր էջ, դեպի վերականգնում։ Ի վերջո, իշխանության անկարմիրգիծ հրապարակային գործողություններին պետք է պատրաստ լինենք արձագանքելու ոչ ստանդարտ եղանակով»։
