Կարևոր քայլեր` Գյումրիի զարթոնքի համար

Հայաստանի սոցիալ-տնտեսական դժվարություններով ու անորոշությամբ նշանավորված այս շրջանում հասարակությունը, հատկապես մարզերում, սպասում է իրական փոփոխությունների։ Այդ սպասումը հստակ լսելի էր հոկտեմբերի 4-ին Գյումրիում, որտեղ քաղաքի տոնի օրը համընկավ «Մեր Ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժման առաջին մարզային գրասենյակի բացման հետ։
Գրասենյակի բացումը տեղի ունեցավ Հասմիկ Կիրակոսյան 34 հասցեում՝ հանդիսավոր արարողությամբ։ Շարժման անդամ Ռուբեն Մխիթարյանը, շնորհավորելով գյումրեցիներին քաղաքի օրվա կապակցությամբ, ընդգծեց, որ բացումը ոչ թե պարզապես կազմակերպական քայլ է, այլ խորհրդանշական սկիզբ․ «Գրասենյակը բացելով հենց քաղաքի օրը՝ մենք ուզում ենք ցույց տալ, որ Գյումրու նոր զարթոնքը սկսվում է այս պահից»։
Բացման ժապավենից հետո շարժման անդամները և առաջին այցելուները շրջեցին գրասենյակում՝ ծանոթանալով աշխատանքային պայմաններին։ Օրվա ընթացքում նրանք այցելեցին Գյումրիի Սուրբ Ամենափրկիչ և Սուրբ Աստվածածին Մայր (Յոթ Վերք) եկեղեցիներ, զրուցեցին քաղաքացիների հետ, եղան նաև «Սիրեմ Գը» պուրակում, որն իսկական քաղաքաշինական նվեր էր դեռ 2019-ին՝ «Տաշիր» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի և Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ։
Հատուկ ուշադրության արժանացավ պատմամշակութային «Վառեմ-Մարեմ» շենքը, որի վերականգնումը ևս իրականացնում է «Տաշիր» հիմնադրամը՝ նպատակ ունենալով վերադարձնել նրան նախկին ճարտարապետական շքեղությունը և դարձնել քաղաքի մշակութային կյանքի կարևոր հանգույց։
Գյումրիի տոնակատարությանը, որին մասնակցել է ավելի քան 30 000 մարդ, հաջորդեց համերգը՝ կազմակերպված «Մեր Ձևով» շարժման և «Տաշիր» հիմնադրամի աջակցությամբ։
Այս այցով շարժման առաջնորդները փորձեցին ոչ միայն բացել գրասենյակ, այլև ընդգծել Շիրակի զարգացման նոր տեսլականը․ ինչպես նշել է շարժման ղեկավար Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, Վառեմ-Մարեմի շենքի վերանորոգումից հետո շարժումը կթողարկի Շիրակի համալիր զարգացման ծրագիրը։
Գյումրիի օրը, որն այս անգամ միախառնվեց շարժման նոր նախաձեռնության հետ, դարձավ հուշում, որ քաղաքական փոփոխությունը պետք է ուղեկցվի քաղաքաշինական, սոցիալ-տնտեսական և մշակութային վերածնունդով։ «Մեր Ձևով» շարժման մարզային գրասենյակի բացումը հենց այդ ճանապարհի առաջին քայլն է։
