Փաշինյանը սաստկացնում է եկեղեցու դեմ հետապնդումները

Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանը երեկ դատապարտվել է 2 տարվա ազատազրկման, խափանման միջոց կալանքը մնացել անփոփոխ։ Դատավորը կմկմալով և շփոթված կարդացել է վճիռը և դուրս փախել դահլիճից։ Իշխանության զավթման կոչերի համար մեղադրվող Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդին սպառնում էր մինչև 5 տարվա ազատազրկում, իսկ դատախազը 2․5 տարի էր պահանջել։ Վճիռը Միքայել Աջապահյանն ընդունել է ժպիտով։ Նա մեղադրանքը չի ընդունում, և այս ամենը քաղաքական հետապնդում է որակում։
Դատապարտող հայտարարություն է տարածել նաև Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածինը։ «Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանին ազատազրկելու վերաբերյալ անարդար դատավճիռը քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի հերթական ապացույցն է, որը խոսքի և կրոնի ազատության, խտրականության արգելքի սկզբունքի կոպտագույն ոտնահարում է, ժողովրդավարական հասարակարգին նետված ուղիղ մարտահրավեր»,- ասված է Մայր Աթոռի հայտարարության մեջ։
Ի դեպ, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը Մայր Աթոռի դեմ միայն դատական վճիռներով չէ, որ փորձում է պայքարել։ Քպ-ական պատգամավորներ Թագուհի Ղազարյանն ու Սիսակ Գաբրիելյանը «Տեսալսողական մեդիայի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ են առաջարկել, ըստ որոնց նախատեսվում է կրճատել հանրային կարգավիճակ ունեցող հեռուստաալիքների թիվը։
«Հանրային հեռարձակողների թիվը չի կարող պակաս լինել երկուսից»,- նշված է նախագծով, իսկ գործող օրենքով սահմանված է, որ հեռարձակողների թիվը չի կարող պակաս լինել երեքից։
Հանրային հեռարձակողներ են «Առաջին ալիքը», «Լուրեր» լրատվական ալիքն ու հոգևոր-մշակութային «Շողակաթ» ալիքը։ Արդեն մեկ տարուց ավելի գործող իշխանությունները քայլեր են ձեռնարկում «Շողակաթը» փակելու համար։ Նշենք, որ հեռուստաընկերությունը հիմնադրել է Մայր Աթոռը և հանդիսանում է հիմնական ֆինանսավորողն ու գույքի սեփականատերը, իսկ Հանրային հեռուստառադիոխորհուրդը ալիքին պատվիրում է հոգևոր-մշակութային հաղորդումներ՝ պետբյուջեից վճարելով 220 միլիոն դրամ։ Այժմ գումարները տնտեսելու պատրվակի տակ ցանկանում են փակել ընդհանրապես «Շողակաթը»։
Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ փաշինյանական իշխանության այս համառ և հետևողական քաղաքականությունը ոչ միայն ներքաղաքական ենթատեքստ ունի, այլև մեծամասամբ բացատրվում է գործող իշխանությունների հոգևոր սնանկությամբ։ Վաղուց մամուլում լուրեր են շրջանառվում, որ գործող իշխանության մեջ բազմաթիվ աղանդավորներ կան և, ըստ ամենայնի, հենց նրանք էլ կանգնած են Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ արշավի թիկունքում։
