Արցախում բենզինի պահեստի պայթյունից շուրջ երկու տարի անց որևէ անձի վերաբերյալ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում չի հարուցվել

2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Ստեփանակերտ–Ասկերան ավտոճանապարհին տեղակայված բենզինի պահեստում տեղի ունեցած պայթյունի դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանականում դեռևս որևէ անձի վերաբերյալ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում չի հարուցվել։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից։
«ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչությունում 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 24-ին ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 357-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթը գտնվում է ակտիվ փուլում, մասնավորապես՝ քննություն է իրականացվում պայթյունի պատճառների բացահայտնման ուղղությամբ, նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատագենետիկական, դատահրդեհատեխնիկական և դատապայթյունատեխնիկական համալիր փորձաքննություններ»,–հայտնել են ՔԿ–ից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2023 թ. սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Ստեփանակերտ-Ասկերան ավտոճանապարհին հարակից «Հայկազով» տեղանքում գտնվող վառելիքի պահեստի պայթյունը խլեց 219 հոգու կյանք, 22-ն անհետ կորած են, վիրավորվել է ավելի քան 290 մարդ։
NEWS.am–ը Քննչական կոմիտեին հարցեր էր ուղղել նաև այն մասին, թե 44-օրյա պատերազմի դրվագների վերաբերյալ նախաձեռնված քանի քրեական վարույթ կա և ինչ փուլերում են գտնվում այդ վարույթները։ Հարցերին ի պատասխան ՔԿ–ից հայտնել են, որ 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա մարտական գործողությունների դեպքերով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթներով առանձին հաշվառում չի վարվում։
Հարցեր էինք ուղղել նաև այն մասին, թե 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո նույնականացված և չհուղարկավորված քանի՞ մարմին կա, և կա՞ն արդյոք մասունքներ, որոնք հնարավոր չի եղել ԴՆԹ փորձաքննության ենթարկել։
«Հիմք ընդունելով ՀՀ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 186-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 8-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 3-րդ կետի դրույթները՝ Ձեր կողմից ներկայացված մնացած հարցադրումների մասով տեղեկատվության տրամադրումը հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ պարունակում է հրապարակման համար ոչ ենթակա՝ նախնական քննության տվյալներ»,–հարցերին ի պատասխան հայտնել են ՔԿ–ից։
