Սեպտեմբերի 15-ին Ֆրանսիա կատարած աշխատանքային այցի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Կոստանյանը հանդիպում է ունեցել Ֆրանսիայի՝ Եվրոպայի և արտաքին գործերի նախարարության եվրոպական հարցերով նախարար Բենժամեն Հադադի հետ:

Զրուցակիցները գոհունակությամբ արձանագրել են Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև քաղաքական երկխոսության բարձր մակարդակը, քննարկել առաջիկա ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև ընդգծել են ռազմավարական գործընկերության հաստատման կարևորությունը:

Հանգամանալից քննարկվել են Հայաստանի՝ եվրոպական ինտեգրման հետագա խորացման հեռանկարները և, այս համատեքստում, Հայաստան-Ֆրանսիա փոխգործակցության հնարավորությունները:

Նախարարի տեղակալ Վահան Կոստանյանը զրուցակցին է ներկայացրել «Եվրոպական Միությանը ՀՀ անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրենքի ընդունումից հետո ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ձեռնարկված քայլերը՝ միտված Եվրոպական միության հետ գործընկերության խորացմանը` մանրամասն անդրադառնալով նախանշված բարեփոխումների օրակագին:

Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև 2026թ. Հայաստանում կայանալիք Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի գագաթնաժողովի կազմակերպմանը:

Վահան Կոստանյանը զրուցակցին է ներկայացրել օգոստոսի 8-ին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում  Վաշինգտոնում ձեռք բերված պատմական պայմանավորվածությունները, ինչպես նաև խաղաղության ինստիտուցիոնալիզացման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի տեսլականը:

Մտքեր են փոխանակվել նաև միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային օրակարգի արդի հարցերի շուրջ:
