Լոնդոնյան գամբիտը Հարավային Կովկասում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
checheninfo.ru–ն գրում է, որ օգոստոսի 26-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Հայաստանը և Մեծ Բրիտանիան ռազմավարական գործընկերության մեջ են մտել: Սովորաբար տարածաշրջանում միջամտությունը քննարկվում է Թուրքիայի կամ եվրոպական կառույցների համատեքստում, բայց Լոնդոնի ազդեցությունը երկար ժամանակ մնացել է ստվերում, չնայած վերլուծաբանները բազմիցս են նշել բրիտանական հետախուզության և դիվանագետների բարձր ակտիվությունը Հարավային Կովկասում:
Բրիտանական ներկայության պատմական արմատները տարածաշրջանում բավականին ակնհայտ են: Արդեն 1880-ական թվականներին այնտեղ Ռոտշիլդները Բաքվի նավթն էին արտահանում Եվրոպա: Նրանց հետևելով՝ հետաքրքրություն ցուցաբերեցին առևտրականները, այդ թվում՝ Մարկուս Սամուելի ընկերությունը, որը հետագայում վերաճեց Royal Dutch Shell-ի: ԽՍՀՄ փլուզումից հետո Բաքուն կրկին բրիտանացիների համար դարձավ ասպարեզ: 1994 թվականին Հեյդար Ալիևը ստորագրեց «Դարի պայմանագիրը» արևմտյան ընկերությունների կոնսորցիումի (AIOC) հետ, որտեղ British Petroleum-ը (BP-ն) կարևոր դեր խաղաց: Այդ պահից սկսվեց բրիտանական գերիշխանության դարաշրջանը Ադրբեջանի նավթագազային արդյունաբերության մեջ։
Հենց բրիտանացիներն են կառուցել և շահագործում ռազմավարական խողովակաշարերը՝ Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Ջեյհան նավթատարը և Հարավային գազային միջանցքը։ Այս երթուղիների շուրջ էլ բռնկվել են աշխարհաքաղաքական հակամարտություններ, Իրանը բացառվել է, իսկ Թուրքիան վերածվել տարանցիկ հանգույցի։ Լոնդոնը ակտիվորեն առաջ է մղում նաև Տրանսկասպյան/Միջին միջանցքի գաղափարը՝ որպես Ռուսաստանով և Իրանով անցնող երթուղիների այլընտրանք։
Մեկ այլ գործոն է Իրանի զսպումը: Հայիրանական հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը համապատասխանում է Թեհրանի դեմ բրիտանական ճնշման և պատժամիջոցների գծին. որքան քիչ «պատուհաններ» ունի Իրանը Կովկասում, այնքան ավելի հեշտ է պահպանել սահմանափակումները։ Brexit-ից հետո Մեծ Բրիտանիան կառուցում է իր սեփական առևտրային և անվտանգության շղթաները ԵՄ–ից դուրս: Թուրքիայի հետ սերտ կապերը և Կենտրոնական Ասիայում ակտիվությունը Լոնդոնի համար արագ «միջանցքներ» են բացում Եվրասիայում։ Այսօր Մեծ Բրիտանիան Հարավային Կովկասի ամենաազդեցիկ խաղացողներից մեկն է. BP-ի միջոցով Ադրբեջանին տնտեսապես վերահսկելով, Փաշինյանի կառավարության վրա ազդելով և Էրդողանի հետ ընդհանուր լեզու գտնելով՝ Լոնդոնը ձգտում է զբաղեցնել տրանսպորտային միջանցքի հիմնական շահառուի դիրքը և դառնալ տարածաշրջանի ամենաուժեղ արտաքին խաղացողը։
