«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Վերջին մոտ երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում դիտարկելի էր բավականին հետաքրքիր երևույթ: Այն ընթացքում, ինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արձակուրդում էր գտնվում, ըստ որում, հնարավորինս ձեռնպահ մնալով ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումներից, հասարակական-քաղաքական մթնոլորտն ու հրապարակային միջավայրը մի տեսակ, այսպես ասենք՝ անջղաձիգ էր:
Հասկանալի է, Փաշինյանի արձակուրդն էլ միջարկված էր՝ պայմանավորված Վաշինգտոն մեկնելով և այնտեղ «թուղթ նախաստորագրելով», ինչին ԱՄՆ նախագահը միացավ, որպես իրադարձության վկա: Դա և դրա հետ պայմանավորված արձագանքները եթե մտովի շրջանցենք, ապա մնացած առումներով, գուցե ոչ երկու լիարժեք շաբաթ, բայց հիմնականում հանրային միջավայրն ու մթնոլորը զերծ էին Փաշինյանի նյարդայնացնող, գռեհիկ, վիրավորական արտահայտություններից ու խոսույթից:
Իհարկե, երկրում շարունակվում էին տեղի ունենալ ապօրինություններ, քաղաքական հետապնդումներ, քաղաքական դատեր, եթե չասենք՝ դատաստաններ: Բայց ընդհանուր մթնոլորտ անհամեմատ հանգիստ էր՝ ատելության, թշնամանքի, հայհոյանքի ու վիրավորանքի, սադրանքների քանակի առումով:
Արձանագրելի է նաև այն, որ երբ Փաշինյանը տեխնիկական պատճառներով (արձակուրդ) բացակայում էր հանրային հարթակներից, նույն այդ հանրությունը, չդադարելով ծայրահեղ դժգոհ մնալ առկա ծանրագույն վիճակից, իշխանություններից, այդուամենայնիվ, կարծես սկսում էր ուշքի գալ, կամ ավելի ճիշտ՝ հետ գալ շարունակական սթրեսից, վերբալ տեռորից, շարունակական շոկային վիճակներից: Եվ դա բնական է. հազիվ թե կարիք կա լրացուցիչ հիմնավորել, որ երկրի ներսում հանրային բացասական ու քայքայիչ իմպուլսների հիմնական գեներատորը իշխանությունն է, հատկապես՝ այդ իշխանության ղեկավար Փաշինյանը:
Արձակուրդն ավարտվեց Փաշինյանի երեկվա ուղերձով, որ եթե հակիրճ ամփոփելու լինենք, ապա կես ժամանոց «լապշա» կամ «լոլո» էր՝ «խաղաղությունը պուպուշ է, ով համաձայն չէ, քըխ է» կարգախոսով: Մեծ հաշվով, դա էլ սպասելի էր, քանզի հենց նման մի նախաստորագրված «թուղթ» ստանալով՝ քարոզարշավ անելն ու այդ «թղթով» վերընտրվելն է Փաշինյանի (նաև Ադրբեջանի ու Թուրքիայի) առանցքային նշանակետը: Այնպես որ, մինչև առաջիկա հերթական (կամ արտահերթ) ընտրություններ Փաշինյանն այդ խաղաղությամբ թղթաբարելու և շաղափելու է հանրության լսելիքը:
Ասում է՝ «ապագակա»-ն արդեն վրա է հասել: Բայց զգացողություն կա, որ դա էլի սպառնալիքի պես է հնչում:
