1, Լավ մարզեք մարմինն ու ուղեղը
Առավոտյան շատ կարեւոր է մի լավ քրտնել՝ մարմինը մարզելու համար։ Պակաս կարեւոր չէ ուղեղը մարզելը։ Եթե առավոտյան մարզվեք եւ մի քիչ վազեք մաքուր օդին, թե մարմինը կմարզեք, թե ուղեղը։ Թեթեւ մարզանք արեք, ավելի ուժային մարզանքը թողեք օրվա երկրորդ կեսի համար։
2, Լավ նախաճաշեք
Հաշվեք՝ ձեր մարմինը մեքենա է, որը պետք է վառելիքով լցնել, որպեսզի աշխատի։ Առավոտյան նորմալ նախաճաշեք, որպեսզի կարողանաք ակտիվ լինել։ Կարեւոր է նաեւ օգտակար սնունդ ընդունել առավոտյան՝ սպիտակուցներ, մրգեր, բանջարեղեն։
3, Մաքրեք ատամները
